Awful experience
We are a family of refugees from Ukraine, traveling across Europe in search of safety and stability. We had a confirmed booking, with payment fully processed, and clearly stated that we would arrive between 21:00 and 22:00.
We arrived at the hotel at the indicated time. The self-check-in kiosk told us that our booking number did not exist. We tried to check our details and realized, only then, that a cancellation email had been sent — after the confirmation and payment.
We tried to contact the hotel, but no one answered. There was no help, no reception, no emergency support. We were left outside at night, in an unfamiliar city, with no access to the room we paid for.
We had to search urgently for another hotel, pay again, and carry the burden both emotionally and financially.
The worst part: the hotel later claimed we “did not show up” — even though we stood in front of their doors. They refuse to refund the money, and treat the situation as if it’s our fault.
This kind of treatment is inhumane and unacceptable. It is absolutely heartbreaking that a business can treat people — especially refugees — this way: take our last money, lock us out, and refuse responsibility.
We are sharing our story so that others don’t end up in the same situation. Please be careful, and do not trust this hotel with your travel plans.

good property for a short stay

Really not phew
Just know that it is late as I write this review and that I am CURRENTLY in this "Hotel" which looks more like a pharmacy than a hotel given the front.
Everything is ugly, the room, the corridors, from the floor to the wall colors which look like old plaster that has been lost over time.
There is a real smell of cigarettes in the corridors and above all, you will LOVE sleeping next to guys from the east who party until late at night.
Fortunately it's temporary, it would be enough to go crazy in an establishment which already looks quite like an abandoned hospital which would have been put back into service to house clients.
