Perfect Hotel.
This is a a very nice hotel the room was lovely. The shower was large rainforest type and very good. The bed is comfortable and everything very clean.
The staff that we interacted with were all polite and attentive.
The breakfast is superb with everything to a lovely standard a real highlight in the mornings.
My wife used the Spa for 3 treatments which she described as very good.
It is a shame the restaurant was closed while we was there as was closed for August. However we ate at 4 different establishments and they was all very good. Spoilt for choice.
The city of Lyon is exceptional clean and everyone we interacted with was friendly.
The statue near place Bellacour remembering people who died in atrocities during the war is thought provoking.
Just loved Lyon and the beautiful hotel boscolo.

Absolute Class Perfectly Located in Lyon
This hotel is perfection polished and folded. Every detail is waiting for you in this luxury hotel. There is an incredible list of services available to you if you desire anything from 24 hr room service to an in room haircut. The room is well appointed but the spa in the basement steals the show. The entire basement is the spa so you can go almost directly from your room. The elevator exits into the spa so you will not be forced to wander the hotel in your robe. There is a nice indoor pool, sauna and an unattended steam room that was perfect for inappropriate romantic adventures. The hotel is not overbooked so your stay feels wonderfully private and unobserved. The concierge was very helpful and the hotel is close to all of the popular dining areas in the city.

Fabulous!
We spent one night in this fabulous hotel and everything was perfect from start to finish. I recommend room 304 with a view of the Rhône, it is breathtaking.
The SPA in the hotel's foundations was of such beauty... and the service at the front desk was at a 5-star level! We look forward to returning. Thanks to everyone!

Very nice 5 star hotel
This is a 5 star hotel, with good quality rooms, good amenities, a great location and just a few things that could have been better: the main (Italian) restaurant was closed and is closed all summer; a few things we requested in respect of room had to be chased up to get a response. Otherwise, we found the hotel staff to be lovely, the breakfast was really good, with great bread, pastries, fruit, hot and cold meat etc (although the à la carte items being heavy on truffle meant there was an overwhelming smell of truffle for all diners). The gym looked great; the pool and spa area in the basement was really nice and I had a great massage. The atrium area is a nice lounge; there is no outside space. We walked a lot around Lyon and found the hotel location reallly convenient. I would stay here again,

Really beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and amazing air conditioning during a heat wave. The indoor pool was such a bonus.
