Superb house of charm
Tastefully personalized accommodation, spacious and very comfortable , I enjoy the air conditioning during the summer as well as the pool , jacuzzi and gym. The garden is shaded, and they are kind enough to provide bicycles , (bicycle path nearby).
Parking and garden are enclosed and secure, it's important to me.
I stay there every year for a month for several years and I return with great pleasure, it is my haven of peace.

Perfect stay!
The owners are hosts with discreet and accommodating little care. Meals and breakfasts are always plentiful with fresh and local produce (or even garden fruit).
An address to recommend with your eyes closed for business, holidays, we or even care in Lamalou.

Guests must take a vacation or consider another activity
We had booked for a week.
We warned of a late arrival with written confirmation from the host Mickael, that it was agreed by providing us with the access codes.
When Mickael arrived with my spouse, arriving at our room without noise, he furiously joined us, accusing us of being burglars...
He asked us to state our identity, which we did, asked us for our identification, which we provided.
Still, he yelled at us and I quote, "summoned to his office"...
Then followed 2 hours of pure madness, where we suffered my spouse and I all the unjustified complaints and reproaches, telling us about their bad past experiences that had nothing to do with us, denying us access to the room, refusing to refund us either and without reason..
At midnight we were still in the office of the two hosts who ended up arguing between them..
We took advantage of their cleaning scene to flee..
I did not speak during almost the entire interview, shocked by the scene that was unfolding, but suffered several serious comments sometimes about my appearance, sometimes about the fact that I am a woman, then despising myself by telling myself that it was not worth crying (I specify that I did not cry, go understand...!)
My husband was trying to convince them in the meantime kindly not to wake up their other customers with their voices raised!
We still do not know to this day, the reason for such a surge and their refusal to house us...
They even admitted that they were at the end of their game and that we had done everything they had asked for.
We had to find in the middle of the night another hotel in disaster more than 40 minutes from the place, working the next morning traveling on business, and obviously repaying a new booking of a week with another property...
The hosts refuse to refund us.
Maybe we fell on a bad day, it can happen but the scene was lunar, very disturbing and shocking ...
The cottage seems correct but unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to enjoy or judge it.
We expect a burst of lucidity from the guests so that they proceed with the refund and we can close this bad experience...
We will not elaborate further, we have all the evidence to prove the truth of our statements and reserve the details of these verbal attacks to the justice if necessary.

Alertée par une odeur de tabac qui l’aurait réveiller, notre résidente est en panique et me demande d’intervenir. Je la rassure et me prépare à l'intervention!
Sautant du lit je ne repère pas physiquement l’intrusion mais les vidéos de surveillance me confirme de personnes qui cigarettes à la main rôdent en pleine nuit dans tout les périmètres du parc et de l établissement.
Je m’apprête à appeler la gendarmerie et tombe dans le noir sur le 2 personnes qui après vérification d'identité se trouve être muni d'un contrat de location de leur agence de voyage en ligne,
Je leurs demande de retourner dans la location de l'aile nord et me propose de les raccompagner au logement !
Le ton monte! Madame X ne supporte pas que je lui parle comme ça et décide de continuer à ne pas vouloir respecter les règles de la maison en imposant d'autorité un florilège d'arguments pour obtenir gain de cause et au final en voulant obtenir sur le champs un remboursement et en espèces car ça irait plus vite!
Evidement je refuse et contacte leurs agence de voyage
La centrale qui me confirme par la suite bien le non respect du contrat et me confirme avoir reçu un courriel leurs informant que leurs clients auraient dormis dans un hôtel de bords de route et décide à distance d'annuler purement et simplement le contrat de location et m'indique d'appeler la gendarmerie si ces personnes revenait!
L'agence de voyage me présente de vives excuses et décide de fermer leurs dossier.
