beautiful surprise

huge pleasant surprise! As a business lawyer, I have spent more time in hotels, planes, and restaurants than at home. I booked a room in an emergency by chance. There I learned that in addition to a simple room, we have free access to the pool. Top-notch reception because in the absence of a reservation, they were able to find me a solution. Well located as it is within walking distance of the center. The only caution for grumpy people is that it is located near the soccer and rugby stadiums, so like any rental in the area, it can be noisy, and there are no free parking spaces on the street, but the hotel offers a spot in a paid parking lot. In short, an unexpected discovery that I recommend.

GOOD HOTEL CLOSE TO THE CENTER

Modern and comfortable hotel, 15-20 minutes on foot from the historic center.
Polite and efficient staff. Well-furnished rooms, moderately spacious, with a comfortable bathroom, everything very clean.
Good breakfast, varied and well organized.

Disappointed

We arrived at five at 11:30 p.m. We were given three rooms with two double beds per room it seems to me that it would have been wise considering the time to propose an alternative solution for an obvious financial side.

Perfect without overdoing it

For years now we have been coming back, once a year if not twice, to this hotel, and we will continue to do so. The location is perfect, near the center of Hyeres and convenient access to the Giens peninsula and the two ports to the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros.
Nothing luxurious, but an absolutely honest price and no flaws. He never let us down.

Very friendly staff. I arrived the day after my reservation date, at 6:00 am. They still honored my reservation. I did have a good reason for the lateness. We were rerouted from Toulon to Montpellier because of the storm (always check weather!) and then back to Toulon in an 3 hours bus trip. Once back to the empty Toulon airport around 3 Am there were no shuttle, taxi or Uber. Walked 1 1/2 hour to the hotel using Google map (which is not easy when you lose wifi and do not have cell service). When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist saw my state of exhaustion and just gave me the key to go rest and asked to complete the formalities later. One important feature in my case is the 24 hours reception desk which is not as common in here like in the US. Also the place have quite a good choice of restaurants around at walking distance. We try "le people" and it was pretty good.
