Fantastic!

Great stay unfortunately too short in this amazing place in the middle of a beautiful countryside! The owners are really welcoming and the Hairdressing Service is an unexpected but very nice! We also enjoyed the pool! Great walks and things to see around!

Dissatisfied.

Very disappointed by the owner's behavior... we had a Wonderbox. During our reservation, we understand that the dinner only includes the main dish. The owner tells us that Wonderbox only pays them for the main dish, while the description states it is a dinner (for us, a dinner includes either an appetizer and dessert or a main dish and dessert). We made a reservation, but unfortunately, we had to call due to health reasons (my husband had a back injury, so no car). We called on Monday to inform them that we would not be able to be there on Tuesday and that we wished to change the date. The owner refused and simply told us that if we had read the terms, it states that for Wonderbox, refunds are only available for death or hospitalization, so it was not possible, and if we had taken out insurance... However, we did not receive the confirmation email with the information until Tuesday...
I believe that when making a reservation, we should be clearly informed about all of this....
So there was no effort to change the date for us.....
This establishment has been paid by Wonderbox for services that were not honored.... It is somewhat dishonest... because we are certainly not the only ones, and everything is profit for them ..
Moreover, in some comments, especially regarding the boxes, there are dissatisfied customers. So perhaps it is necessary to reflect on how to honestly do their job???
Unfortunately, there is no control over all these frauds ....

Poor

I had a very bad experience with "Le Clos de Banes***
We have the Castles and Delights box, 1 night with dinner and breakfast.
For dinner we had only the main course to pay for the starter, desserts and drinks....
We had to pay internet (2€ per device) as well as TV, we refused!
In the bathroom there was no soap or shampoo......
The wonderbok costs 149€ we paid 31.50€ more for changing the date and 4.28€ for insurance that was useless, plus desserts and drinks, I find that the service was not up to the cost, we are very disappointed.

Avoid!

Avoid! A Wonderbox scam. Room booked but rebooked the day of arrival. The owner had not received the confirmation email! A shame to offer rooms without bathroom for the prices offered. The dinner included a pizza proposal.

All right.

We experienced this establishment through a box in April. We liked it very much. We went back in July and it's still perfect. Congratulations to this young couple who are deeply invested. The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant very good. We will definitely go back.
