Perfect Welcoming despite our late arrival!

We had a great stay at the B&B Hotel. Despite our arrival at 2am after a night flight, Welcoming was very efficient and warm, and check-in was quick without any worries.
The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, perfect for resting after a long trip.
The location near the airport is ideal, especially if you are attending an event.
We highly recommend this hotel for its Service Quality and Availability even at the most unusual times!

Incessant noises in the morning

We arrived just as the Welcoming Gentleman was closing. No big deal, there was a bollard... but it wasn't working. Fortunately, a nice lady welcomed us, and the gentleman was finally called back to help us. So on this point, Customer Service at the top, nothing to say.
On the other hand, the room was very cold and really equipped with the bare minimum. No shower curtain, no ventilation in a tiny bathroom.
And then the awakening was catastrophic: our room was right next to a door (probably a storeroom or Service Room).
At 7:30 am, I woke up with the sounds of doors slamming and objects banging against the wall — it lasted for over an hour.
Then around 8:30, a woman in the same room started talking very loudly on the phone for another long time. (It still is today) 9:15.
After a 10-hour trip, I really hoped I could get some sleep and wake up gently... but it wasn’t possible. Hoping to sleep the next night!

Not a pleasant experience....charmless

Charmless, very basic room. No tea making facilities, no iron, no carpet, but plenty of mould in the shower. Hard bed, tiny pillows, very uncomfortable. Staff only work during certain hours, some lovely, but others had a very bad attitude which I had to call him out on. Nasty industrial area, very dirty surrounds, rubbish all over the pavements. Won't be returning.
