Paradise of Chandolas
Back in the Netherlands we miss this little hotel very much. What a great welcome by Sylvie and Pierre. As you are invited home to their house. Service, cooking and magic drinks. Couple in a good mood.

A corner of paradise in the Ardèche
We know the area well to come there every year. Since we went to Sylvie and Pierre (3 years), we live the most beautiful holiday ever. This hotel has become a real place where the art of living, gastronomy, conviviality, humor are present at every moment.
Freddy, their new chef is a cooking virtuoso, this restaurant deserves to be classified.
Fresh produce, a menu cooked every day with sublimated regional specialties, you can only be won over.
An extraordinary wine list also for amateurs.
Breakfasts and dinners take place on the large panoramic terrace facing the Ardèche mountains, absolutely delicious holiday moments.
We recommend this hotel to all people who want to find a place of paradise for holidays.
Another very big thank you to Sylvie and pierre for their immense professional quality and their extraordinary warmth.

Hello Sylvie and Pierre our hosts, because it is a family hotel, if I can describe it like this. Anita and I thank you for your kindness of Welcoming, meals worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant (thank you Freddy) and for our cozy room at will.

Holidays in Ardèche
4th consecutive year at the Hotel la Vignasse and it is always a wonder. We are so well received that we never tire of going back and even extending the stay. Succulent dishes with colorful plates that make salivate.There are many activities to do (hiking, canoeing, caves, via Ardèche by bike...beautiful). And to end the day nothing better than relaxing by their large pool. Thanks to Pierre and Sylvie, quality hosts who love to receive and share, you are 2 loves!
