Needs to be reviewed and refreshed; it does not meet minimum standards.

Really not a good experience: Used towel already hanging in the room upon my arrival, a colony of ants in the bathroom, a dead spider in the bathtub, a non-functioning room phone, moldy bathroom seals, partially torn tiles, and scratched paint on the doors.
The staff is helpful (although some do not even respond when greeted), but the infrastructure is aging and very poorly maintained, all for a price that is really not justified.
Do something because it is truly catastrophic.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

I would not recommend this property at all. Upon check-in, we were handed the key to a room that was clearly unclean. After informing the front desk, we were offered another room, only to find that it too had not been properly cleaned.
When I went back down to the reception to explain the situation, the response I received was shocking: “Well how are we supposed to know if it’s clean.” For a hotel, this is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations any guest should be able to rely on, and the dismissive attitude from the staff made the experience even worse.
The safe was not mounted, nor did it work, so all valuables were at risk. As per my photos, you can see you can just carry it away.
This stay was disappointing from start to finish, and I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you’re considering booking this property.
