Warning: some rooms do not conform to the advertised services.

Warning. The hotel offers rooms in two very different buildings: one corresponds to the photos on the website, the other is a building without any charm, on the other side of the street, without a reception or breakfast room. You therefore have to cross the street to go have breakfast, which is not indicated on the hotel's website.
If you are not satisfied with having been placed in the recent building (80s construction), you have to struggle to negotiate a room change, with the risk of being downgraded (we had paid for a room with a balcony and did not get a balcony, in the end).

Clean, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful reception, close to the Basque beach and market

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, air condition working well and quiet, reception staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not far from the Basque beach and central market. Minuses: terrace furniture could be cleaned better (table and chairs). What is also not so convenient is the lack of a door to the shower area, which does not allow for enough privacy and noise limitation.

Good stay, but several points to improve.

We stayed at this hotel for a vacation. The breakfast was excellent and is clearly one of the establishment's strong points.
On the other hand, the quality of the housekeeping could be significantly improved. Out of the three nights of our stay, the room was only properly cleaned once. On other days, the cleaning seemed to have been done very superficially.
The hours are also quite surprising: a 4:00 PM check-in and a 10:00 AM check-out are difficult to understand, especially with such a short window to actually enjoy the room.
The situation regarding parking was also disappointing. We received several emails before our arrival, but none mentioned the parking difficulties in the city. We were therefore quite surprised to learn upon our arrival that no parking space was available and that the nearest free parking was about 15 minutes away. Furthermore, despite information indicating that the parking lot was full, we noticed that it did not seem to be after all, which was quite confusing.
Finally, the mattresses are too small for adults and would really benefit from being wider.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, thanks in particular to the excellent breakfast, but several aspects could be improved to make the experience more comfortable.

Deplorable hotel

Deplorable welcome
Cleaning done in a rush. Dust not wiped away. Vacuuming and floor washing, they don't know about it. Too complicated to clean the bathtub faucet .. you have to climb over !! Dirty glass and mirror.
The elevator is never cleaned! Too difficult or lack of qualified staff!!
Average breakfast., little variety
The staff does not always understand English..

Avoid at all costs!! There is definitely better in Biarritz!
