Homey, comfortable, great location, helpful
Excellent location, very homey, good breakfast, helpful owner.
Lovely restored old house. Our bedroom was big but there's also a large living room or you can use the dining room if you need to. Breakfast is included. Location is a short pleasant walk over the bridge to the old city, which is where you'll want to go.
We easily found parking nearby whenever we brought the car back. It is conveniently on the south side of town, so was especially easy to go to the Camargue and back.
Sophie's recommendations for restaurants and the hammam were excellent, and we had a great time.
There's a laundromat a few meters away so we were able to do laundry. There's a supermarket and greengrocer nearby, so we could fix a meal of salad, bread and cheese for ourselves in the dining room sometimes.

A bed and breakfast with some critical issues
Stayed in this Bed&Breakfast located
in a convenient area to visit the city but in a not very nice neighborhood. When I asked the host if it was a safe area since it was the first time they came to Arles she was offended and replied that if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else! Of course being welcomed like this after a day of travel.... Then I pointed out that the room was at the top of 4 flights of stairs, a little 'tiring to go up for us who are not kids and again he replied that that was the room we had chosen! (I checked and it did not say anywhere that it was on the third floor with narrow and steep stairs) Apart from that the room is an attic that you can use less than half because the wall is inclined and you only risk taking nice heads. The bed is similar to a futon so low and certainly not agreable. There are no keys that lock the room just a small latch from the inside. Bathroom ok although with glass door for which privacy does not exist. Adequate breakfast even if you have to set the day before the time you want it served. Ah I forgot the room was not made. -Why? A good mystery. I have to admit that the house has been well renovated and that it is clean. Bottom line after this experience I will only choose hotels of well-known chains, a real shame because I like to have contact with people

Weekend visit to Arles. Town house in Trinquetaille quarter, Arles.
Beautifully renovated old town house perfectly located just across the bridge (over the Rhone) from the historic centre. The hosts, Sophie and Oliver, are absolutely charming. Breakfast was included and was excellent with an organic wholefood bent. The room was scrupulously clean as is the rest of the house. There is a lovely lounge room for guests, though we were too busy in Arles to use it. The dining room on the ground floor open out onto a beautiful enclosed patio area where you can have your breakfast or a cup of coffee during the day. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends. Easy street parking.

Une 1ère expérience en chambre d’hôtes ! A renouveler !
A aimé · Sophie est l’hôte dont on peut rêver: souriante, chaleureuse,communicative, attentive, toujours à la recherche de la bonne adresse, du bon conseil ! Avec elle , les petits-déjeuners ( très bons par ailleurs ) prennent une autre dimension et deviennent une vraie rencontre ! Son mari Oliver et leur fille sont présents, discrets et on regrette de ne pas avoir plus échanger avec eux ! La maison, bien située à quelques pas du vieux Arles, est très belle: on se croirait presque dans un château ou une vieille maison provençale. Ne manquez pas les musées ( Arlatan, Réattu et Luma ), laissez vous errer dans les petites rues et profitez des terrasses !
