Would give zero stars if I could

Sprayed disgusting scent throughout the hotel. One stairwell was filthy and covered with cigarette ashes and garbage.

Never again! Awful!!

Two pieces of false ceiling fell on our heads, one made of sheet metal. Fully boarded sofa bed, we didn’t sleep a wink even for an hour. CDZ not working. No assistance provided by staff. Free parking too small and never available, so you have to pay parking at 10 eu per day, dirty carpet, stained mattresses..... and dirty. Never again!

Disappointment

We regularly descend in Ibis Styles in different cities in Europe and enjoy this simple but pleasant chain
So having to spend a night in Antibes we automatically turned towards this hotel
What a disappointment
Arrival in the hall, music full, almost 10 minutes waiting. Meanwhile my husband had to find a parking space since you only receive the code once registered
Room on the 1st floor, glued to the elevator, we could count the comings and goings
The cleanliness of the room was questionable, the bathroom smelled like a pipe and the towels were stained and smelled of moisture.
Medium bedding
We think that we may have a good breakfast... we had to ask to clean tables, products not automatically renewed. And if you are lactose or gluten intolerant, you will eat fruit
In short very disappointed, we will not return it is certain

A very run down hotel, room had stains all over carpet, skirting boards hanging off wall, a pipe leaking in the wall as shower was running, it was evident it had been leaking for some time.
No idea why it’s called a ibis style hotel , I have been in better ibis budget

A little understated

Check in rather slow. Room that smelled of mold as well as the corridor of the floor, carpet everywhere (as is known is not the maximum hygiene), road from the parking lot to the hotel entrance bumpy and full of holes. If you arrive in the dark you risk falling and dropping your suitcases with wheels.
I've been visiting ibis in France and elsewhere for 30 years but I've never found breakfast at 8am the next morning almost finished... no more croissants, finished bread and no staff present who have made the commitment to stock the assortment despite protests from customers.
Room like many other Ibis, quite small, without a wardrobe and with a small table to put something. Well the bathroom with a large and comfortable shower.

Grazie per aver dedicato del tempo a condividere la sua esperienza. Ci scusiamo sinceramente per gli inconvenienti riscontrati all'arrivo, per gli odori in camera e nel corridoio e per le condizioni dell'hotel. Questi problemi non soddisfano i nostri standard e stiamo provvedendo a risolverli.
Ci scusiamo anche per la sua delusione con la colazione. Un mancato rifornimento in quel momento è inaccettabile e faremo in modo che ciò non accada di nuovo.
Tuttavia, siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato il bagno e il comfort della doccia. Il suo feedback, soprattutto in considerazione della sua fedeltà al marchio Ibis, ci aiuta a migliorare la qualità dei nostri servizi.
Ci auguriamo di avere il piacere di darle nuovamente il benvenuto in circostanze migliori.
