Very good Motel 6

This is at a good location off the freeway enough to be quiet. The lighting was good, AC/Heat fine, microwave, fridge, TV, a fantastic bed, nice vanity, and tub. The parking was by the room. As seems to be the case these days, there was no stopper in the sink nor in the bathtub. But it is a nice Motel 6 as I have stayed there before.

This is a dump

I picked it due to a rice and the 3.9 star rating. First there were dead cockroaches in the mini fridge. Two days later I killed one running across a face cloth I was using as a coaster., secondly, sorry I forgot to take a picture both vending maces were empty and broken, no sodas no snacks! Third the tubs caulking was covered in black mold led and the water didn’t drain as fast as your shower. I don’t know where these people get 4 and 5 stars but this place was a dump. They give you a flimsy laminated sheet of channels you are suppose to get. I’m believe I counted 5 that didn’t work at all.

Sketchy

First let me start by saying the gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The area is not the greatest, people were in their car smoking weed. The beds seemed clean. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. Given the chance round not stay again.

Ugh

There was a bed with a sheet & a cover which was just another sheet. Baseboards pulling away from walls. Very noisy a/c. Shower & toilet area were moldy — good luck with the shower control. Small, scratchy towels. The mini fridge worked, but didn’t use the microwave or tv, so can’t comment on them. Furniture that was cheap & flimsy even 20 years ago when it was new. Ugh.
