AVOID IT.
Musty hotel. Do not stay here unless you want to have extra guests…. Unwelcome at that. We had two rooms, and in both we found live, and or dead roaches.They will at least let you check out the room before payment, to make sure the rooms “look good”. And, the receptionist will go up with you to your room to manually add a “complimentary” air spray so your room doesn’t smell bad overall worst hotel experience. Left immediately. Note, theres no hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, or soap in general..

Let me start by saying this should be closed not even -0 stars went to check in wait a 20 minutes for somebody to be at the counter and I did check in. She told me I had 30 minutes to decide if I wanted to stay that should’ve been assigned to get out went to the first room no shower curtain no blinds one pillow on the bed rugs dirty bathroom dirty went down. She got me another room and before I forget, I was on the fourth floor when I asked if I can get on the first floor and she said they were full and there were no cars in a parking lot on a Monday during the week got the second room walked in. There was a cleaning gardener. Eight bags of garbage went back down. She said the room was clean. I told her no she gave me the third room went in. They have a full-size fridge in there with the cord going across the floor into the bathroom plugged into the wall, tripping hazard. The sheets were nasty. My wife went down to get new sheets while I went to check the pool I was getting off the elevator and my wife was holding sheets in her hand. They didn’t even come up and change them. I told her to leave them there and we checked out. Go to find out this place pretty much is a homeless shelter. They charge $257 a week to stay there please please stay somewhere else pay the extra $510 not worth it. I’ve stayed at hundreds and hundreds of hotels and this is the number one dump of all time actually I would even go in there and take pictures selfies and post them. That’s how bad it is bad.

They were under a remodel it looked like. The elevator was only working on one side and the pool was broken.

I will stay at this hotel again, ahand I did complain to Hotel.com. Suggested they visit properties before listing. Staff is not helpful Hotel is also undergoing remodeling and is not ready for prime time.
I had a reservation for king bed through hotel.com.
Arrived at hotel the next day before 8 PM. No king bed available. Clerk said they had given it away earlier.
I asked why- no answer.
She offered a queen.
I said how about a double queen. She agreed and then she said no TV or internet currently because of storm. I understood that since we had just driven through some very heavy rain.
Clerk asked me to sign form saying room met my expectations 100 per cent and agree not to complain to my credit card company.
I said maybe after I see room, but I am already not happy about no king bed.
We went to dinner.
Came back to hotel and TVs were on in lobby- great! Went to room and tried to turn on TV. No remote. Called desk twice-left a msg. Went down to lobby. Clerk wouldn't give me a remote. She said she told me no TV in the rooms. I told her that at check in she blamed the storm. Blank look- caught in her own lie.
I don't know about internet. We used our phones.
Two room suite- overall clean. Beds were soft but comfortable. Linen clean.
Some lights missing bulbs. Empty sockets- live power. Visible patching on walls. Hotel is undergoing remodeling. Pool opening TBD.

Very dirty. Dirt in dresser drawers, dirty underwear on headboard, stained sheets, no towels or toilet paper, and dirty showers.
