For our girls trip. It’s a clean safe hotel and we never have to worry about where we will be staying. Great place to stay.

Bedbugs

The room was riddled with bedbugs! As you can see, I'm also allergic to bedbugs. Called 3 times after my stay requesting to speak to the manager. Each time I was told the manager would call me later that day, which never happened. Finally, on day 4, I spoke to the manager who had no idea I had a bedbug complaint. Overall I felt my concerns were dismissed for such a traumatic experience. I graduate this coming Friday and have scars from all the welts on my arms... Not a good look at all.

Hotel was nice for the price. Standard room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Standard breakfast with waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Parking area was nice and big.

Our stay was good. Machines in the gym could use some work, not working properly, however staff was very receptive, helpful and very friendly. A complimentary breakfast was provided everyday and was well appreciated. The pool was very clean, but unfortunately we never had a chance to use it. When asked to tidy up our room and empty garbage, it was done to our satisfaction. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Ocala.

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, lifting a toilet seat and learning that the last tenant was a man, not being able to close curtains with light from swimming pool blinding had to only sleep turned away
