I highly recommend SeaCrest resort at Myrtle beach!
Location was in the the center of Myrtle Beach. You could pretty much get to anything you wanted to quickly. Food the beach etc. The staff was excellent the rooms were very clean. The view was phenomenal with a beautiful garden area and swimming pools. The time of year that I went, in april, I was able to get a good reasonable price on the weekday. It was pretty chill around there after the spring break rush, which I am so glad I missed. Because I hear there are some people that just don't know how to act like decent human beings. Definitely recommend staying here, if I ever go back to Myrtle Beach I will be staying here again.

We Left a Day Early — Extremely Disappointing. We booked 3 nights at Sea Crest for my daughter’s 4th birthday. My 2 youngest had never been to the beach. Our 1st room was filthy: hair on the toilet/in shower, skid marks on the seat, dirty coffee pot, disgusting fridge and sticky surfaces. We requested a lower floor BC I’m pregnant and my 64-year-old dad has a bad back, but accepted a 4th-floor suite. It was better, but still had a dirty fridge, sticky areas, dirty rug and a clipped wire my baby nearly grabbed. We were told wagons were allowed. The next morning I stopped at the rules sign. An employee rudely motioned for me to move and said “MA’AM.” The wagon wasn’t the issue; her attitude was. Later, security sternly yelled at my son over a yellow tube while other kids were using them too. He apologized and said he didn’t know. I called the front desk, gave my name and was told my son was being targeted, but got no follow-up. I was later told there were several complaints about the guard. Housekeeping was disappointing. We requested pillows/towels through text but were told to go to the front desk. Next morning, before 9 AM, housekeeping handed us a trash bag for our trash/towels instead of cleaning. We booked 3 nights but left after 2. They applied 30% off the first 2 nights but wouldn’t waive the 3rd. Front desk staff were friendly, but this wasn’t worth what we paid. We came for her birthday and our babies’ first beach trip and left a day early. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was a nice place was a little disappointed by the amenities but still close to the beach and everyone was friendly, would recommend if u have smaller kids

Lack of Actual Service
This resort lacked actual service from the staff. I reported a broken lamp and was told it would be fixed, which never happened. I also reported that we were unable to get pool towels from any of the stations, and was told to go directly to housekeeping to obtain some. I also requested facial tissue from the chat feature, and was told nobody was available and that I could come get some myself. This property offers a modified housekeeping schedule where only trash and towels are changed on the 2nd day of your stay. The towels were set on the unmade beds rather than being refreshed on the towel racks/bars. For the price of this resort, I expected much more.
