Great location, great site.
A great site with all the facilities you could want. Pool was excellent and rest rooms / toilets were clean and well maintained. Next to the main road so there was some road noise all the time but not a huge problem. Views of the stars at night were spectacular.

Filthy Bathrooms & Overflowing Garbage
My family of four stayed at this location for 3 days/2 nights. While we appreciated the pool and laundry machines, we were appalled by the bathrooms/showers. The restroom in the laundry room and bathrooms/showers adjacent to the pool were dirty, and it was clear that they were not serviced the entire time of our stay. I was especially concerned since, while there was another building for bathrooms/showers there were only 3 showers in the one closest to the pool and RVs, and since the cabins did not have bathrooms. The garbage bins all overflowed with garbage. I would avoid this location!

RV Spots are too close together
Good location north of Moab. Campground is well maintained with nice pool and laundry. Bathrooms ok. Had good service when checking in and moving spots. One negative- spots are way too close to each other! Our first spot had the next door camper’s sewage tube 2 feet from our picnic table! Gross! And our second spot the neighbor had a UTV parked less than a foot from our slide out. They have crammed too many RV spots into this campground.

Forgotten and Rundown
Photos on Trip Advisor are not accurate to what this place looks like today 4/6/2026. Stayed here recently for our Spring Break. The staff is very nice and accommodating but the grounds are overcome with weeds and grass not cut. Our site was clearly not prepped for our arrival. Looked terrible. Picnic bench so badly warped unusable. WiFi unusable during day, front office streaming music, that might have something to do with it, as WiFi worked at night. Pool looked ok. We have been coming here for over 15 years and this was our go to place to stay. When it was sold to Sun Outdoors it was pristine, and slowly it looks worse every year. But this year it looks completely run down and forgotten. Saw Staff on phone sitting frequently, not in staff uniform. Some staff looked as though they could use a class on self grooming. We are done, found a new place to stay for our next visit and will not be coming back to this location. Very disappointed.

Great Stay near Arches - Perfect for families!
We were visiting our grandchildren in Utah and wanted to take them on a four-day adventure in July. Our goal was to explore Arches National Park and Canyonlands, and this location was absolutely perfect—just a mile or two from the entrance to Arches!
We stayed in one of the Airstream campers, and it was fantastic—spotlessly clean and felt brand new. It had a lovely deck and was conveniently located near the playground, showers, and the pool and hot tub, which the kids loved.
As infrequent campers, we didn’t realize that using the camper bathroom for everything in hot weather isn’t ideal. On our second day, we returned to a strong odor. I spoke with the manager, and she immediately came down—even though she was just about to leave for the evening. She emptied the septic tank, sprayed the camper, and went above and beyond by giving us keys to another camper in case the smell didn’t clear up while we were out. Thankfully, it did—but her kindness and quick response made a big impression.
We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and the thoughtful touches throughout the campground. This was a wonderful place to stay with our grandkids, and we’d definitely recommend it to other families looking for a fun and comfortable base near the parks.
