Had a great time. Florencia seemed like she was there all the time attending to all of us . Jao and Rodrigo were amazing too! I will be back. Thank you so much!

Disappointing
Unfortunately, the hotel/hostel did not meet our expectations at all. It is not understandable to me how this house can be classified as a 4-star hotel – a maximum of 2 stars would be appropriate.
The room was much too small for two king/queen beds. The door of the wet room could not be fully opened because it hit one of the beds. When we moved a bed to be able to open the door, waste from the last few months came to light under the bed. Despite complaints at the reception, the room was not cleaned even after several hours.
Overall, the room was very dirty and unkempt. A toilet paper holder was missing, and when showering, the wet room was immediately underwater, as the showerhead is incorrectly mounted. Quiet nights are hardly possible as the doors to the corridor are extremely clairvoyant.
The pool complex is depicted in a highly misleading way – in the photos it appears significantly larger. In reality, they are two small basins. The only real plus is the location right on Ocean Drive.
Conclusion: The plant is very old and in need of renovation. For a simple overnight stay without comfort, it may be enough – if you value cleanliness, tranquillity or 4-star standards, you should avoid this hotel.

Terrible experience
Most of our vacation we spent going to the beach going out to local restaurants walking around and pretty much we enjoyed doing that
For the hotel i CANT say anything good personal is so so, room also so so we were requesting for room service other way they do not show
Lobby poor barely cleaned full of locals enjoying seating in the cool area
Also the biggest disappointment among all of above are two pools they have on site
Pools are so small barely cleaned filtration of the pool is not functioning well went to try the pool on a second day and that was the last time we used it
On the day we check out water in the pools were so dirty and full of sand GROSS
And a very bad experience we had on the first night of staying in the hotel
Around 2 am we had someone that was trying to get into the room waking us up us due to mistake of one of the girls on the reception
The next day i spoke to the people from front desk not much they were interested to try to make situation little bit easy not even i am sorry nothing from the girl who created all that terrible situation we went thru
Now we also spoke to the general manager of the hotel Domingo Llerandi the only thing he did was listening about problem we had that night promising he will do something on the day we check out
Send him an email 4-5 day after vacation we newer got any reply
We never saw him again
Would not recommend this hotel

The room wasn't available at 4pm. They were still cleaning it, even though check in was at 3pm and they sent us to the room at 4pm to find a cleaning lady still in the room. They didn't provide the waters as promised in the room, or the hotel discount wrist badges. Also the included breakfast wasn't included until I showed them my receipt from Hotels.com.
Overall the staff is the new generation of service that just stares at you waiting for you to talk. Not really interested in solving or doing anything more than they need. There was one really great guy behind the counter the day we checke out. Outside of that they are nice, but not really helpful or interested in helping you out.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant was super helpful.
