Start to finish this hotel is excellent. World class service! Amazing location. Superb rooms. Highly recommend. I’ll 100% be back. 10/10. No notes.

One of the best hotel staffs ever. Room could be cleaned and tidied more than once per day. South Beach access via another hotel worked well. We will be back!

Outstanding Brunch experience at Mr C restaurant
My wife and I had the best experience at Mr C restaurant at the soft opening. The service was perfect and the food was delicious.

Mr. C deserves a D
This is my third time staying at this hotel. My son attends a school close by and wanted a nice place to stay. However, I found the hotel lacking in areas that were very important. Turn down service, or
When a driver would be picking up a guest the 3 men who worked at the hotel parking didn’t open the door to go into my car or coming back from a day out and when my daughter didn’t care for her pasta and sent it back because it was too sweet the bus lady didn’t tell the waiter.
This hotel has limited staff and lazy. Many other hotels in the area.

We are truly sorry that this visit did not reflect the impeccable standards of luxury and personalized service we strive to deliver. Regarding the absence of turn down service, please accept our sincere apologies; this elegant evening amenity is a hallmark of our attentive housekeeping, and the oversight was most regrettable. We have already reinforced our protocols to ensure it is provided consistently moving forward.
We also regret that our parking attendants did not extend the courteous door service you rightly expect when your driver arrived or upon your return from outings. Our valet team is trained to anticipate every refined detail of arrival and departure, and this lapse fell short of the seamless hospitality we pride ourselves on; we are addressing it directly with the staff to restore the level of attentiveness our guests deserve.
Similarly, we apologize for the breakdown in restaurant service when your daughter returned her overly sweet pasta. Prompt communication between our dining team members is essential to resolving such matters with grace and care, and the delay was unacceptable. We have shared this feedback with our culinary staff and are implementing enhanced coordination measures to prevent any recurrence.
Your observations about staffing and service levels are noted with gratitude, and we acknowledge that these moments diminished the elevated experience you expect from us.
