Cheap but average at best
We walked into the hotel and it smelled like smoke. Room was clean. But needed some attention. Shower dispensers were empty. Water would not drain in shower. Bed was squeaky.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you encountered several issues during your visit.
We apologize for the odor you noticed upon entering the hotel. We understand how unpleasant that can be and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We are glad that you found the room clean, but we regret that it still needed additional attention. Empty shower dispensers, a slow-draining shower, and the bed are certainly not the level of comfort and convenience we want our guests to experience.
We appreciate your honest comments, as they help highlight areas where greater attention to housekeeping and maintenance is needed. We sincerely regret that these concerns affected your overall impression of the hotel and your decision to return.
Thank you again for sharing your experience. We hope that future improvements will allow us to provide a cleaner, more comfortable, and more enjoyable stay for our guests.
