A nice gem in the Heartland

Very clean, quiet comfortable room. Shower had good pressure. God value for money - would stay again.

Breakfast was underwhelming, with generic powdered scrambled eggs and hash browns that were microwaved. Not browned.

Clean and well kept facility.

Everything was relly good, except the elevator kept breaking down. I had to use the stairs to get to the second floor.

Thank you, Richard, for your kind words about our clean and well-kept facility. We sincerely apologize for the ongoing elevator issues and understand how frustrating it is to have to use the stairs, especially when staying on the second floor. We are actively working to resolve the elevator problems and truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a smoother stay!

You can never find anybody that worked there. They all hid in the office. Had to call for service at the front desk and then the elevator wouldn’t work half the time and I was on the top floor and have had knee surgery still going up and downstairs is not the easiest.

Good overall

The comfort, service, cleanliness, and beds were excellent! The continental breakfast was gross. It was hard to eat those eggs and sausage. Otherwise it was a good stay overall.
