Nothing fancy, but clean

I stayed here during the 2026 Arizona Fun Run. Knowing there would be a lot more vehicle traffic than usual, I took quality ear plugs. I’m glad I did! There was a lot of vehicle noise. But that was not the fault of the motel. Due to its great location, a lot of loud classic vehicles drove back and forth on Route 66, the road in front the of the motel.
Check in was easy and the attendant was nice. Having stayed in Williams at the Arizona 9 motel the night before, I was a bit disappointed in the room. It was small compared to the previous nights room. However, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room had a small refrigerator and a microwave, which was a nice bonus. The bathroom was small, but practical. The motel is older and does show some age in the room I had.
Initially, we were able to park outside our door, but we stayed out late with friends the next night and had to park further out, closer to the road. That was not a problem until we were ready to load our vehicle the next morning…I tend to overpack; again, that was not the fault of the motel.

First time at the RR, wont be the last.
The room was clean, with what looked like fresh renovations, the curtains hung correctly, the tv looked new. Bath more than adequate, especially the towels. They were huge and soft and very white!
Totally recommended.
It’s a 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Before reserving a hotel/motel, I check the ratings, as I did for this motel. They were good and the price was good, so I booked it. I don't know how it got the rating it did, but I can't give it more than a "okay", although it wasn't even that. As soon as the travelers moved into the room above me, I could hear every movement. I was just about asleep, but until they settled down an hour later, I couldn't. At 4:30am, I was awakened by their loud movements above me, and of course, I was unable to go back to sleep. The floor/ceiling must be made of just plywood covered with carpet; no insulation.
I do not recommend this motel, unless it's all you can afford, and can put up with noise.

This was a great day at one of the Route 66 motels along our journey. Room was very clean and staff were very helpful.
