The team is welcoming and accommodating. The only thing I didn't like was, an update is in order! The interiors of the rooms are painted a gloomy dark greenish brown with brown trim and very old furnishings. Instead of replacing an old cushioned chair and ottoman, an unfinished upholstery cover was laid on top. I never sat in it. The bedspread was a very dark brown the toilet was missing bolt covers. For Hotsprings being such a famous tourist destination, I can't imagine not upgrading! The rooms look like you're going back to the 70's or early 80's and the furniture is probably original. Gloomy rooms. If you want a cheerful place you might want to pass this one up. The team works hard and deserve recognition but, the owner hasn't put anything back into the asset but, the absolute bare minimum. Also, it's not in walking distance to bath row or downtown. It's next to a man made water theme park that is not supplied by the mineral waters. You'll need to drive.

Had a mattress that was soaked with blood from one to the very bottom of the other one then when I dress the issue to the owners they asked me to leave property not even offering that I'm sorry

This is, without a doubt, the worst place I've ever stayed. When I stepped into the room, it looked like a place where the vilest crimes are committed, drugs are abused and where people go to die, I checked in at 9 PM, woke up at 3:30 AM and decided just to leave.

Room was disgusting beyond words!!! Air conditioner didn’t work right, couldn’t get the tv to work, mattresses and box springs were stained and riddled with burn holes and stains. Management wasn’t helpful AT ALL and barely spoke English so there was a large communication barrier. Just an all around horrible experience. My family and I will never be staying here again. I’m not sure why this place is even able to operate with the place literally falling apart! The pool is very small and you could tell it wasn’t kept up. In order to get to the pool you have to climb about 20 concrete stairs which I also felt was extremely unsafe.

Friendly staff, we'll maintained older motel, parking is a challenge but the overall stay was a good one.
