Decent family-oriented campground.
We stayed in one of the lakeside sites for a weekend. The campground is clean and well maintained, and there are several play areas for children. There is a "seasonal" vibe to the place and there are a lot of sites for seasonal use. This also meant a parade of bored looking folks riding around on golf carts. They didn't offer an escort to our site and there weren't a lot of staff that we could see. The quiet hours were respected and no one was overly loud at any point. We had an "elite lakeside site" which was nice as your RV sits parallel to the shore. There was 50A service but no sewer on the site. The lake itself was nice with fishing, kayaking/SUP and waterskiing available. It was pretty expensive but the view from the site was hard to beat.

We won't be back.
Everything closes so early, there is nothing to do, the mosquitoes are horrific, this place sucks. I get it's not a Jelly Stone campground anymore but doesit have to suck so bad.

Old dated campground but a few great waterfront sites
No amenities available...pool and water slide closed. Couldn't even get to the bathrooms because contractors were working.
Roads are very narrow and gravel. We had to drive the car to the site before we brought the RV down.
We had a beautiful Lakeside site... but they have alot of work to do to make this a desirable campground.

Cracked toilet bowl
The toilet bowl was cracked in our cabin when we arrived. It looked dangerous to use. We paid good money to have a toilet in the Cabin and we didn't.

Not all it's hyped up to be!!
I wish I would of read all the reviews before going on my camping trip. I had heard that the waterslide has not been in operation or fixed for a few years now and it still is not in operation. Plus the hot tub I am assuming doesn't look to have been operating either for some time.The pool area is mediocre. Didn't seem the cleanest . I do agree with some of the other reviews that the place seems to need some TLC and some updating. The bathrooms were unstocked much of the stay and not cleaned ( got pretty gross). I had to put in two requests to please clean them and stock. It didn't get done on the first request so after many hours I asked again and finally a little cleaning got done.For the high price we paid to stay in our popup I should not of had to ask for cleanliness. Also they should of either offered a discount for a lot of things not being in operation or at least mentioned that at time of reservation. They only wait until just when your almost ready to go before they send out an email stating this and that are not up and running and then they apologize. Sorry but I would never go back. I've stayed at much nicer , cleaner and cheaper places to camp in Wisconsin.
