Justin was at the front desk to welcome us during our travels into Michigan and then back home. He was very welcoming, kind and courteous. He even remembered us from our first visit the week before. Breakfast was good, parking was easy. I appreciate the handicap accommodations I requested.

We love staying here! Safe, quiet location with friendly staff. The lady working the breakfast while we were, there was super friendly and offered coloring sheets to the kids. Great variety for breakfast!

solid experience! luggage carts are kept by the elevator so be aware when you check in. ended up lugging in all my bags because the desk person didn't bother to let us know, but we moved on.
room was clean enough. fridge does not have a freezer section. pool was fine. breakfast was on par with Hampton expectations.
solid stay, convenient location. would stay again!

It was a good stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The only issue we seen was there was a ton of hair in the bathroom on the floor and a dirty towel was left on top of the shower.
Other than that the experience was good and we would stay again.

Had a very nice stay

The room that we were given seems to have been a little longer than other rooms on the floor and it was exceptionally clean, quiet, and everything was in order. The b'fast was maybe a little bit sub-par for a Hampton, but it was fine. There were a number of high school sports teams staying there at the time, so that raised a few "over-full" conditions for the b'fast. But all was good. The room was great and the staff we met were all helpful and answered all of our questions. We travel to MI at least annually, so if this area proves to be convenient to spend the night, this will be our first choice if it is available. Thank you staff for a really good stay and for the condition of the facility and grounds. Everything was great!
