Fabulously clean, quiet, very comfortable bed. Lighting in bathroom could be better, also be careful to put that metal chair back under the desk before you go to bed or you will stub your toe very hard on it in the middle of the night! Avail yourself of the complimentary bottled water at front desk as the tap is all warm and undrinkable

I had a complaint at the very end of my stay. It was about 30 minutes before checkout and I was sitting in the room before leaving and an employee entered without knocking saw me and left. When I opened the door and confronted the male employee (there was a female employee there too), I asked what was going on, I hadn't checked out yet, I was told "it's ok". I assured both of them that it sure wasn't ok at all (the door still had that DND sign on the door). I was extremely uncomfortable, less uncomfortable than I would have been at 3 am. I mentioned it at checkout and they said they would talk to them.
Otherwise, my stay was fine. Clean room, good bed, TV worked fine and the location was convenient.

A Budget Hotel

Hotel 1868 is located in Cambridge, just north of Boston. was good hotel to stay for 3 nights as it is one station away from Harvard University and 15 minutes drive from Boston main city. Even thought the hotel doesnt offer breakfast but there are many coffee shops and dinners around.

The room was small but perfect. Great size bathroom and very clean. Location was great and very close to public transportation. Some great food spots not far and very handy to get into the city center

Mini room was small but good. I appreciated that the bathrooms were not too tiny. Everything was clean and modern.
