Great hotel with wonderful architectural detailing. Rooms were a bit odd with back to back queen beds none facing the TV. Didn’t spend much time in the room but facility and location were great.

Everything you need is there, it's just on a small scale. I prefer bathrooms with more privacy and a little more cabinet space.

The greeting/check-in was great, especially the M&M’s. Though small and tight, the room was neat and clean. We appreciated the free beverage tokens as well - great coffee and matcha.

Stellar Service – Great Choice for Company Offsite/Retreats

I plan/execute offsite retreats for my company, with about 70-80 people in attendance. This was my 5th offsite, and Moxy Boulder exceeded all expectations and provided stellar service throughout. My first impression was from my first planning call with Katie Moermond, and as an event planner, it was so evident how much she knew her stuff. I've had not so great experiences at other venues where it felt like pulling teeth, where I'd to do follow-ups or corrections. Working with Katie and the rest of the Moxy staff was incredibly refreshing.
The hotel and meeting space was stylish/modern and still very functional. It was such a nice break from traditional, sometimes stuffy, spaces. There were many communal area options for our team to socialize/mingle/catch up.
The Moxy Boulder team truly went above and beyond; and I'd be thrilled to use them again for future team events.

Misleading

“I stayed here over the Fourth of July and felt the hotel’s advertising was misleading. The swimming pool, which was a key reason I booked, was out of order with no clear notice or apology. Staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests, and several employees were very unprofessional and impatient when we asked for help. On top of that, there were recurring electrical issues in our room — the lights would randomly go off, and we had to call the front desk multiple times to get them turned back on. For the price and the holiday weekend, this was extremely disappointing and not what was advertised.”

I understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive expecting to enjoy our pool, only to find it unavailable. We recognize that this amenity was an important factor in your decision to stay with us, and I apologize for the disappointment and the lack of clear communication surrounding the closure as this truly was an unexpected and last minute issue uncovered going into the weekend. Also, while holiday weekends are certainly busy, that should never impact the level of hospitality and professionalism our guests receive. Your comments have been shared with our leadership team so we can reinforce the service standards our guests deserve.
