We would like to thank the staff, especially Angelina, she helped to switch our room to the lower floor due to the elevator was broken and we are two seniors.

My experience started off great! The front desk employees were great.
It went downhill once after I checked in that the elevators were not working and my room was in the sixth floor. Being 60 that was a struggle going up and down the stairs, so ince I got to my room, I never left until I checked out. Because it was a shared room, the bathroom was full of used towels all over the floor.

it was a good experience to stay at the hostel. right at the south end downtown, very easy to walk to many places, airport, staff were very helpful, very clean, with that price its perfectly fine, I had a great experience..

The rooms were nice, clean and cool. Upon arrival (around 5 pm) bed wasn’t ready because the rooms/beds were never clean so that took a minute for them to figure it out and move me to a different room. This happened to me and another guest that had requested the same type of room. Elevators were out of service so that was extremely annoying, specially when you have luggage and have to go 4 floors up and down every time. Water pressure in shower was extremely disappointing. A lot of sitting and commons areas on each floor, specially on the second level but the whole facility is due for upgrades. Coaches were all torn up and dirty. Did get a discount for all the hassle during check in but I am not sure if I would stay here in the future or recommend it to anyone.
