Summer at Viceroy
Amazing hotel, great location, the rooms are fantastic, Toro restaurant and Lift Lana outstanding food great service!

Great place to stay if you're not in a wheelchair. Good restaurants and hot tubs. Rooms have robs, slippers, humidifer. However, the ada shower bench is a nightmare to use, because they have the grab bar above it that just presses into your back. Its also sloped down and my husbands paralyzed and almost ate it. Liability for sure. The toilet is really wide and I was barely able to use commode. They also have a runner that would just get caught in wheels and even the wheels on the luggage. I just rolled it up and put it to the side. Almost forgot to mention that the elevator didn't work for a period and they didn't even say anything. A worker ended up taking us through the employee elevator. Which isn't fun for my husband to keep wheeling around because most hotels have the thick carpets. The vallet will allow you to park by the entrance if you have hand controls which was helpful. Staff was super nice and such a beautiful place. Now, that I know some of the hiccups we could have, I would just prepare and definitely stay here again. We only live a few hours away and this place is so beautiful to come to during the summer

Viceroy visit: Lack of luxury service in all areas
We did not experience the luxury of viceroy. Staff were mostly new, just brought in from other countries, were not trained but did their best. Felt like as customers we were the test case for the new staff. Food service was average at best. Check in experience was unhelpful, AC in the room was not operating to expectations in two rooms (we moved), issues with valet team etc. the list goes on.

Wonderful experience!
Just amazing. We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was wonderful. The entire staff was very accommodating. The 3 tier hot tub was beautiful and it was so nice to have the pool and hot tubs open until 11 pm. Highly recommend.

Fails to live up to the hype or the price point
The property continues to fail to live up to the title of number one luxury hotel given the insufferable lack of English being either understood or spoken amongst its desk and housekeeping staff and within the restaurant where servers… Knowing that they’re automatically getting a 20% tip… Have decided that an appropriate level of dining service is no longer required from them.
