Friendly accommodating staff.
The staff was incredibly kind and extremely helpful throughout our stay. I especially appreciated the doorbell at the front counter, if no one was there, it only took a minute for someone to assist us, which was great service. The beds were also extremely comfortable to include the pillows. The location was perfect, centrally located to everything we needed to see in the area.
The breakfast was wonderful, with no need to go out in the morning! The hot waffle bar, fresh fruit, on-demand coffee, and juices were a fantastic touch. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made our stay easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh during my stay.

They did not have my Hotel confirmation number, he had to enter everything manually .
The tile was missing 75 percent of the grout, bathroom fixtures were rust. Sheet rock dust was on top of the bathroom baseboard, and a price of gum was such to a shelf in the mini fridge. My daughter called it the low quality inn

The room was dirty and dusty, there was chewing gum stuck to the bed, the sheets were stained, the bathroom was disgusting, and the room had no heating.
The food was inedible; not even a dog would eat it. The water and ice tasted like dirt. I would never go back. I would rather pay more and stay somewhere else. This place is awful.

SCAM — Not a Real Hotel. Unsafe, Unstaffed, and Fraudulent
This place is a complete scam and should not be operating as a hotel. Upon arrival, there were ZERO guests and absolutely NO staff on site. No front desk. No management. No security. Nothing. It immediately felt unsafe and unsettling.
Despite having a confirmed online reservation, they refused to honor it and instead tried to place me in a clearly inferior, subpar room. When I said I was uncomfortable and wanted to cancel, I was told cancellations “can’t be done at the hotel” and that I had to call corporate. When I called corporate, they also refused to cancel. This runaround feels intentional and predatory.
This is not a functioning hotel. It appears to be a bait-and-switch operation designed to take your money while offering no basic standards of safety, staffing, or service. I am actively disputing the charges and genuinely do not understand how this property is still listed or allowed to operate.
I sincerely hope this location is investigated. Do not stay here. Do not book here. Stay far away.
