Basic but clean and comfortable with excellent location

A little run down, but immaculately clean with stunning views and excellent location on the beach and within a two minute walk to highly rated restaurants. Fun, shopping, a nightclub, travel connections, etc all within 5 minutes. About 10euro for uber to Valencia town, £35 to airport. Rather noisy at night, breakfast was v simple but tasty. Lovely staff, decent shower, and comfortable bed. Sunrise from room 210 is utterly spectacular. Bring a thermos if you like a hot drink as no kettles in the room but the staff will give you hot water to take up. No lifts. Excellent value for money.

0 in value for money, 10 in location.

Terrible value for money. 150 € per night on a weekend in May. Same price as a 4-star hotel far from the beach. Breakfast included: coffee, a bar, croissant, industrial orange juice in Valencia, water. No elevator. A room of about 60 years old; a significant renovation seems to have been the aluminum windows, which are poorly soundproofed. Only one light bulb in the entire room and the mattresses are of very low quality; the bed frames are very noisy. Absence of additional furniture. A mini gel per room. Rusty floor fan. A 10 in location, 43 meters from the beach.

What a mess

We booked it as a hotel and paid for it and it's a hostel, then we didn't have what we hired, the dirty rooms, the bathroom the same and the shower tray very dirty and broken.
The same dirty bedding, we paid a lot for what it was worth, the only good thing was on the beachfront. Not recommended, they would have to make a reform and fix things. At first we were going to go 8 people and finally we went 6 but if we had gone 8 no I know how we would have slept xq there were not enough beds.

We do not recommend contacting the hotel in advance — it is simply pointless. You will not receive any reply, and your messages will either be ignored or not read at all.
We only stayed at this hotel for a few hours, but unfortunately, we did not feel welcome at all. Our first interaction at reception was disastrous. The staff member was condescending, and we had to insist for them to agree to store our luggage while waiting for our rooms to be ready. We were even asked whether we had read the booking conditions before making our reservation, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.
When we returned later, there was no one at reception. We had to go through the hotel’s restaurant (which is part of the hotel) to find someone willing to give us our room keys. Unfortunately, the welcome there was not much better.
For the price we paid, we were not expecting luxury — but we were at least expecting a pleasant and professional welcome. Sadly, that was not the case.

It was a okay room only thing I liked about the room was the beach view everything else was small inside the room to much noise as well
