Recommended, good value for money and location
Beach hotel, reasonable rooms, everything very clean and the staff very attentive to all needs.
Very well located, there is parking at the hotel and in the immediate vicinity, a few meters from Gran Playa and less than 1 km from Mar Menuda beach.
Pool and entertainment. Very good value for money

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A 10/10 experience at the Hotel Don Juan Tossa!
There are times when a review falls short to express how well we had a good time, and this is one of those cases. Our idea was to spend a week of vacation, but we were so comfortable that we decided to stay 6 more days. I think there is no better way to show how happy we have been.
The hotel's location is perfect. It is two steps from the beach and very close to the old town of Tossa de Mar, so you can walk anywhere. It is difficult to find a better place.
But if anything makes the Hotel Don Juan Tossa special, it is its people. All the staff work with a smile and make you feel at home from the first moment.
I want to especially thank the entertainment team: Rocío, Arnau, Raúl, Eugin and Sara. You are spectacular. You have managed to make both children and adults enjoy every day with activities, games, shows and lots of laughter. It is clear that you do your job with passion and that makes the difference.
At the front desk, I can only say thank you. Anna, always aware of everything and super attentive. Marta, such a charming person. Santi, besides being a great professional, has given us some very fun moments; honestly, he could be part of the entertainment team. And Ari, efficient, decisive, and always with a smile. It is a pleasure to find people like that.
The restaurant staff also deserves a round of applause. Thanks to Javi, Dani, and Mari José for the treatment received. And a very special mention for Sara and Sandra, two incredible waitresses, fast, kind, and always making sure nothing was missing.
At the bar, Yaira, Rafa, Antonio, and Pedro have been fantastic. Always in a good mood and making every moment pleasant.
At the pool bar, Aidana and Carlos are wonderful. Always attentive, friendly, and doing an excellent job.
The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the entire stay. Special thanks to Carmen, who, in addition to leaving the room perfect every day, always had a smile and a kind word.
Our room was in the old part of the hotel and, honestly, we loved it. Very comfortable, cozy, and with a bathtub, which we enjoyed a lot after spending the day at the beach.
Thanks to the entire team at Hotel Don Juan Tossa for making this vacation unforgettable. We are leaving with great sadness, but with the certainty that we will return very soon. You have made us feel right at home.

Much more than a hotel!!! A family
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Much more than a hotel, a family.
There are hotels you go to once and others you know you will return to even before you leave. Hotel Don Juan Tossa belongs to the second group.
Our idea was to spend a week on vacation, but we were so happy that we ended up extending our stay 6 more days. Something like this had never happened to us, but here we felt so good that we didn't want to go home.
The location is perfect, a step away from the beach and the beautiful center of Tossa de Mar. You couldn't ask for more.
The best thing of all is the staff. The entertainment team is spectacular. Rocío, Arnau, Raúl, Eugin, and Sara, thank you for making every day an adventure. Always full of energy, always smiling, and getting everyone to participate and have a great time.
At the front desk, they treated us wonderfully from the very first minute. Anna, thank you for always looking out for us. Marta is an absolute delight. Ari is an incredible professional and Santi... you are great! In addition to always helping us, we have laughed so much with you. Honestly, you have the soul of an entertainer.
In the restaurant, everything was easy. Thanks to Javi, Dani, and Mari José for your attention. And huge recognition for Sara and Sandra, two incredible professionals who always had a smile even when the restaurant was full.
At the bar, Yaira, Rafa, Antonio, and Pedro made every night even better with their friendliness and good humor.
And at the pool bar, Aidana and Carlos, simply a ten.

WONDERFUL
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best vacation we have ever had!
I have no words to describe how wonderful our stay at the Hotel Don Juan Tossa has been. In fact, I think there is one fact that perfectly summarizes our experience: we were going to spend a week... and we ended up staying 6 more days because we did not want to leave. When a hotel achieves that, it is because it is doing things exceptionally well.
The first thing I want to highlight is the location, which is simply unbeatable. It is a stone's throw from the beach, the promenade, and the old town of Tossa de Mar, so you can forget about the car and enjoy everything by walking. It is perfect.
But if there is something that makes this hotel a special place, it is, without a doubt, its team. The facilities can be very beautiful, the food can be very good, and the rooms can be very comfortable, but the people are the ones who make a vacation become an unforgettable memory.
The entertainment team is, without exaggeration, the best I have ever known. Heartfelt thanks to Rocío, Arnau, Raúl, Eugin, and Sara. You managed to make every day different, full of laughter, activities, a good atmosphere, and moments we will always remember. It is clear that you enjoy your work and you make all the guests enjoy it with you. You are the soul of the hotel and a big part of the reason why we decided to extend our vacation.
And if the entertainment is spectacular, Reception is not far behind. It is a pleasure to always find a smile and such professional people. Anna, thank you for always being on top of everything and for making sure any question or need was resolved immediately. Marta is an absolute wonder, approachable, kind, and charming. Santi deserves a special mention because, besides being a great professional, we laughed a lot with him. Honestly... he could perfectly be an entertainer! He has an incredible sense of humor and makes everything much more fun. And Ari... simply impressive. Super competent, decisive, and always willing to help. I am sure I am leaving out names, but the entire reception team has been spectacular.

In short, the Hotel Don Juan Tossa has achieved something very difficult: making us feel at home. We are leaving with a lot of sadness, but also with the certainty that we will return because we have found much more than a hotel: we have found a team of wonderful people who make every guest feel special.

Good hotel, great location!
We travelled as a group of six friends aging from 40-76 and opted for all inclusive. We got a really good deal and found it excellent value for money. The majority of staff are fabulous, really helpful and friendly. The lady at the bar helped us set up a little party area to celebrate two birthdays which was lovely. The reception was modern and comfortable with a children’s gaming area to one end. Lifts were quick and the layout was quite easy to follow. All meals were served in the restaurant, although you could pay extra at the bars for snacks. The food was good with a wide selection. I was a bit surprised that there were no ice creams around the pool bar. Pool was an adequate size but we did struggle to get a sunbed one day, maybe the hotel could provide more sun beds on the level below where there were tables and chairs? Take your own beach towels as these are not provided.
Rooms were nicely decorated, very clean, modern and quite spacious as we had a triple room. Nice balcony overlooking a quiet road. No traffic noise apart from the bins being emptied one day so we all slept well. Bathroom had a good powerful hairdryer, shampoo and body wash provided. Would have liked a mirror above the dressing table. There is also a handy fridge, although no kettle.
Location is fab, 2 minute walk to the beach and plenty of shops nearby. The town itself is gorgeous, lots of lovely restaurants and shops/bars. I feel I have stayed in better 4 star all inclusive hotels before but for the price we paid we were really happy! Would’ve appreciated some water in our room or at reception due to a late arrival (there is a vending machine.
it was broken). I also think that the AI could’ve been explained/advertised better As it didn’t match what was advertised on the room cards or what we were told at check in. Just some minor improvements to suggest but we had a great weekend, would recommend!
