Beautiful villa, lovely facilities, great location, excellent host - I recommend it.
I stayed at the Villa for 2 weeks and had a brilliant time. Upon entering the villa looked and smelled so clean and my room was also the same.
The property is spacious and has the most wonderful views from the sun terrace, there are many places to sit and chat, relax or have some alone time. The host, Debbie, was extremely helpful and made sure that everything was in order. She set up the TV with a great package, and it was easy to set up my personal Netflix too.
The room was immaculate. It included TV, small fridge/freezer (big enough for two people, easily), microwave, kettle, cups and glasses, crockery, complimentary tea/coffee/milk/hot chocolate. The dressing table also contained a hot water bottle and a hair dryer. In the (beautiful) bathroom there was a bath and separate shower, with body wash, shampoo and conditioner available plus plenty of toilet roll. There were also cotton wool balls and earbuds to use.
Outside there is a pool and a hot tub, plus fire pits and a brilliant barbecue, which can all be used whenever. There is also a washing machine. Despite being able to see the airport from the terrace, the aircraft noise isn't overpowering and it's quite nice to watch the planes coming in at night whilst sitting outside or in the hot tub. I found the villa very chilled and easy-going. Other guests always said hello and were friendly, even with language barriers at times.
The village is very small, however, there is a well stocked little supermarket around a 15 - 20 minute walk away, it's open mornings until about 1 and then 4pm until 8, weekends it's usually open mornings, just check the door when you visit for exact times, my memory isn't wonderful for small details.
A car is recommended, however, for half of my stay I used my feet and the very cheap and reliable public transport. You can walk down to Playa Honda, where there is a large shopping centre and other shops and a beach, in 45 minutes. This same route takes you past Aldi, Lidl and Mercadona, the large Hiperdino is also on the way. You can easily access Playa Honda with a walk/cycle path which goes under the main road, just next to the petrol station you can see from Aldi. There are regular buses to Guime from Playa Honda and Arrecife, get off at bus stop Guime 2, the villa is a 5 minute walk away. To get a taxi from Playa Honda just call +34 928 823 706 for the local taxi service. It usually takes less than five minutes to be collected.
I'd recommend this lovely villa for anyone wanting to be in a peaceful place that is so relaxing, but also very close to more populated areas for larger shopping or beach trips. I couldn't fault the Villa and thought that Debbie went out of her way to be as helpful as possible.

Nightmare with pump concert
What a disappointing experience. This hotel has completely overshadowed our holiday.
On top of the roof is a water tank with a pump that kicks in every time someone in the hotel uses water. That means: day and night a loud, droning, mechanical noise. Sleeping? Forget about it. Rest? It's impossible. It sounds like you're staying next to an industrial plant.
We reported this to the owner. Her reaction? Pretend she didn't know anything. No solution, no understanding, no kind of responsibility. Afterwards we read reviews from more than a year ago in which the exact same complaint was reported. In other words, this problem has been known for a long time, but nothing is deliberately being done about it. Not only does that feel disrespectful, it feels downright unfair.
Unfortunately, it doesn't stop there.
The room felt clammy and musty, as if there was permanent moisture in the walls.
There were obvious moisture stains visible.
The shower was constantly overflowing, so the bathroom was always flooded.
The jacuzzi and pool were visibly dirty and poorly maintained — absolutely not hygienic.
The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding did not smell fresh.
The sound insulation is almost non-existent: you hear everything.
This hotel has structural problems that are not new, but apparently ignored. What bothered us most is not even the noise itself — but the denial and lack of honesty.
We travel regularly, but this is undoubtedly one of the worst experiences we have ever had.
Our advice: save yourself sleepless nights and find another hotel.

Very good villa.
Fantastic mini break, owner Debbie and son couldn't have been any nice or any more accommodating. Very clean, well equipped villa, spacious and the pool and hot tub very well recieved. I am returning soon. Very happy customer.

Beautiful, chilled stay
Beautiful location, very quiet. Tricky drive, but worth it! Comfy bed, lovely bathroom, fabulous patio area. The hostess wa so very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

We love Lanzarote
The view on entering villa feliza are spectacular. The rooms are clean, beds very comfortable. Our room had a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee and tea making facility. The bathroom had a very large shower, bath, 2 wash hand basins and toiletries aswell as his and hers razors and even body lotion. The host Marie was friendly with a sound knowledge of the island with some very good recommendations for eating out.
