The room is clean. Basic needs are inside the room. Wifi is strong and fast.

Lousy and nasty

Lousy, disgusting, disgusting... We booked a room where we went up in a forklift, the key was in a drawer, no one is attending. The sink was disgusting, chair was broken, curtain was transparent and opposite the lamppost, it was cold and there was no blanket. The biggest surprise of how disgusting the room was when my partner opened the bed and the sheets had blood stains. We called and wrote to reception and nothing. We had to get another hotel at 23.00 at night because we were only going to stay two nights and here we were charged 154 euros. A fucking scam on the whole rule. The next day we had been blocked and they didn't answer. I hope there is a solution to the shamelessness of these characters.

Awful hotel we couldn't sleep at all

Awful hotel, no sheets in bed, broken towels, lots of noise from all the air machines in the hotel. There were no blankets on the bed just a quilt, we couldn't sleep. I call and they don't answer, I write a wasap and I get a machine.

UNPRESENTABLE

I had read negative opinions and still trusted myself.
I have had a medical emergency and I needed to get in touch, they do NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, either they do not answer you or when finally someone answers and you want to explain your problem, they put an answering machine in ENGLISH and cut off your call, I do not know the calls I have made.....in short, please do a good job of Att to the customer.
NOT RECOMMENDED.

Excellent location, very modest accomodations, impossible to park for free near the hotel.
