Many things to improve this year

This year I cannot say the same about this hotel. They have raised the prices and on top of that the food is of lower quality and very repetitive, little meat, many salads, always the same things, a lot of potatoes which are cheap. The pool jets have been broken since June.
The only good thing it has is the reception staff, the head waiters Francisco and Dauda. The hotel entertainment is very basic, not because of the girl, I imagine it must be because of the director's instructions. More water aerobics and fewer games, the time is very short, when you start to warm up it is already over.
In the room there is no mirror to see yourself, no space to put your things in the bathroom.
I am not leaving very happy this year. It is a shame.

Bad

The good thing about the hotel is that it is close to the beach and right on the boardwalk.
It has quite a few bad things. The lack of tranquility, many groups of children and teenagers, and it also houses subsidized individuals, which gives an image of little joy... (Are there no more suitable places to use as a shelter and for public aid than right on the boardwalk...?)

The staff is what is most valuable.

Prepare yourself for a good sauna if you go to the cafeteria, the World Cup caught us and without air conditioning it is HORRIBLE, I don't even know how the workers don't get sick with the cameras and other machines.

Pleasant family vacation

Well-located hotel, very close to the beach. Clean, spacious, and bright room with sea views. The air conditioning was adequate. The only downside is that it is close to the train station and you can hear it.
The hotel staff is very attentive; it is worth highlighting the receptionist Amed for his good treatment and cordiality toward the guests. The buffet food is good.
As a welcome gift, they brought a plate of assorted fruit and a bottle of champagne up to our room. Nice touch.

Cozy hotel, nice pool for the kids and top staff behind the bar! Harry and Susanna are amazing!
