Easter Stay
We booked Malaga purely to enjoy the Easter parades and we couldn’t have picked a better Hotel for this. We took the train from the airport which goes right into Malaga ( the last stop so you can’t go wrong ) out of the station turn right and walk across the road the hotel is literally 2 mins walk from the station. We asked for a high room in quiet area of the hotel which is exactly what we got. Room 514. We were a little disappointed as the windows in the room are covered so you have no natural light or view ( the staff very kindly offered to move us but for the short time we were there we didn’t bother ) the rooms are spacious and spotless, the whole hotel is actually spotless and smells amazing in all areas. We had breakfast which was continental and there was everything there you needed, very clean in the dining room. We had a pack up the last morning as we were leaving early. I’m not sure what we were expecting but I’m happy to say ( apart from having to take out the liquids ) everyone on our flight was a little envious ! Absolutely spot on breakfast and couldn’t have asked for better, thank you for that. There is a short walk over the bridge into the city but only about 5 minutes and it was nice given the noise of the celebrations to just be a little away from it at the end of the night. I would say if you are looking for a traditional hotel this is not it ( it’s more like a business hotel ) but the staff are an absolute credit to it and we couldn’t fault it

The hotel’s location is excellent and within walking distance of all the main attractions.
However, I would not recommend this hotel if you are visiting Málaga primarily for a beach holiday, as there is no convenient place in the room to dry wet towels or swimwear.
I booked a room with a double bed, but the hotel provided two twin beds pushed together. Unfortunately, the beds had wheels and kept separating during the night, which was extremely annoying and uncomfortable.
If the hotel does not have proper double beds available, it should not offer “double bed” as a room option. Simply pushing two twin beds together does not make a proper double bed.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and courteous. They always made us feel comfortable asking for anything we needed, and they were happy to assist with every request.
We stayed for five nights and met several different members of the reception team. I can honestly say the same positive things about all of them.
The staff we encountered on the floors were also consistently warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile, which made us feel genuinely welcome. The housekeeping was excellent as well.
The hotel’s location was another major advantage, as many attractions and places of interest were within walking distance, making it very convenient to get around.
Overall, this is a hotel I would definitely recommend 💯

Stayed here for 11 nights and overall had a very good experience.
The location is excellent. The metro/train station is just a few meters from the main entrance, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel is also only about a 10-minute walk from Málaga's historic center, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Two beaches are within walking distance, which is a nice bonus if you want to combine sightseeing with some time by the sea. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet at night.
The room itself was fairly average but had everything I needed, and everything worked as expected. The air conditioning was able to maintain a comfortable temperature, which made sleeping easy even during the hot weather. The shower had good water pressure, and the bed was a little on the firm side but still comfortable enough.
The only area that could be improved is housekeeping. There was visible dust where the air-conditioning was blowing on the wall, suggesting that some areas are not cleaned as thoroughly as they could be.
Overall, this is a good choice if you're looking for a well-located, quiet hotel with excellent transport connections and easy access to both the city and the beach
