Lousy experience!!!!
I arrived at the hotel and they didn't have my reservation. As she was talking to me, the owner was going to check in to a woman who came in later. Shameful treatment!!!!
If you come looking for a cool place to rest....It is NOT your place!!!! On the Internet (Booking) it says that there is air conditioning, LIE!!!! I have the room at almost 26 degrees and the answer is that it has “underfloor heating” and that it is 40 degrees outside. AND??? If you had air conditioning as it says in your misleading advertising, this would not happen!!!!
They should not know that it is not the same underfloor heating as air conditioning and that what they put on the Internet is a LIE!!!!
Not to put, they don't put a roll of whole unused toilet paper. You can see that they take advantage of the little hotel offer because 108 euros a night I say you give to put a roll of paper and at least a fan. But no, the reality is that the room looks like hell and has neither and television. I have been in 3 and 4 star hotels for that price with all the amenities in the world!!!
