Central hotel
Three-star hotel located in the heart of Madrid, in a truly strategic position that allows easy walking access to the main attractions of the city, both during the day and at night.
Access to the structure and rooms is via a code, a practical and modern solution. Although there is no physical reception, the staff is always available and easily reachable for any questions or needs.
The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, quiet, and equipped with very comfortable beds, ideal for a relaxing stay. Cleaning is done upon request and at an additional cost.
Excellent value for money. We will definitely return to stay here during our next trips to Madrid.

Attention!!!!!
Stay in this apartment. Bed click clac width 130/140. Lots of noise until 1:00 in the morning, then wake up early by bell. Bar just below and place in front with lots of passage. Double glazing non-existent.no bedside and switch near click clac

Great option in Madrid - Surprised
Careful and helpful staff. Very good accommodation, with a complete mini kitchen (we stayed at the Apto duplex). Very good breakfast and excellent location. I recommend to those who visit Madrid. Innovative concept by self-service for check-in and check-out, but everything worked. We felt the servic9 of daily cleaning and changing towels and bed linen, but this was bypassed in contact with the Libere team - we stayed 6 days / 5 nights and we had 1 change of towels only... this detail could be reevaluated for a degree of satisfaction of the users who stayed.more than 3 nights...

This hotel did not meet my expectations. The entire apartment was uncomfortably hot, and the air conditioning did not work properly, it only functioned as a heater. Additionally, the apartment was not very clean, and the bathroom was smaller than anticipated. The location was the only positive aspect of our stay.

Not good
Area looked like a college dorm room, with bathrooms worse than those on cruises. Sinks was cheap, leaked throughout our stay. Minimal amenities. AC unit did not work, blew hot air, felt like a sauna in our room. Only way to cool down the place was to open all windows, which let in all the noise. Difficult to sleep for me and my kids. None of our complaints were addressed with their customer service, no acknowledgement of issues. Would not return.
