Very nice stay, I'll be back !

For my last trip in Lerma I selected Villa de Lerma Hotel as it sits just in front of my favourite restaurant.
If you expect a luxury solution is not your one really, still Villa de Lerma hotel is proposing a very clean and comfortable room.
The bar surprised me since the external access. Recently reformed, is a high level luxury solution and the food serviced was very good.
For personnel kindness, clean room and bar/terrace Villa de Lerma offer is unbeatable at this fare rate. Excellent, 5 stars.

Unwelcoming stay

We expected not too much comfort in a two star hotel, but a minimum of attention.
One fundamental thing in a cold place like Lerma in November: heating, please. It didn't work. We went to reception and I said I was turning it on now. Nothing at all. Very cold in the room.
They announce that they have WIFI but arrives with difficulties at the second floor where we were.
I dropped something on the floor and looking for it under the bed I saw how dirty everything was. They don't clean under the beds, it seems like since you're not supposed to look there...
The beds, expected in a hotel in this category. My back was blown the next day.
I have to say that the service was very friendly, but I would prefer it to be more effective in solving problems.
I'm sorry to say we're not coming back.

Exceptional staff treatment, good breakfast and good location.

The treatment of the establishment's staff is exceptional. Given some criticisms, I have to say that in my case those circumstances did not occur, quite the contrary. The water was strong enough and the quantity of breakfast for the price is more than acceptable and the quality of it excellent, you have two types of breakfasts at choose and the truth is that I positively value both options. The temperature of the room was very pleasant. The comfortable mattresses as well as the pillows. The room was clean. The garage is a good option and also affordable, and the spaces are an acceptable size for wide cars. I think they let you bring your pet, which is a plus.
