⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An 18-night stay, and a truly exceptional experience!
From our arrival, we were particularly touched by the quality of the welcome, the kindness, and the availability of the entire staff. Always smiling, attentive, and ready to help, it really makes a difference during such a long stay.
Special mention also for the quality of the food: lots of choices, varied dishes, and above all, quality cuisine. We enjoyed ourselves throughout the stay, which is not always easy in a hotel where you stay for several weeks!
After 18 nights, we can therefore truly judge the establishment over time, and our impression remains excellent. A pleasant team, attentive service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back.
Thank you to the entire Mendes team for these beautiful vacations and for your kindness on a daily basis. We are leaving with very good memories… and a few extra pounds as a souvenir of the food!

HOTEL AT THE TOP OF THE TOP
Like every year, what a pleasure to see the whole team again. Perfect as usual. Delicious meals. Everything is Top. I enjoy this charming hotel so much that I am coming back for a week in August on full board with my children and grandchildren to let them discover this TOP place.

Made to feel like one of the family
Good mountain view from the room. Hotel was a bit isolated with a long hot walk to the shops/bars.Beer was reasonably priced. No English TV channels only BBC news but the World Cup was on in the lounge downstairs. Shower was excellent. Barely adequate Air Con.

ON TOP
We have nothing but compliments to write about this charming hotel.
The welcome of the boss, his wife of his daughter always very nice. They're a lovely adorable family.
Catering, a delight, very varied really we feast without taking a kilo because very balanced and very fine cuisine.
The staff, very professional and charming waitresses.
The room staff, same.
We will never find all these excellent services elsewhere.
That's why we return in July 2026 and a week in August to introduce this charming hotel, very well located to our children and grandchildren. Very eager.
Thank you to the entire Mendes hotel team for making us have a great holiday every year at your home.

They don't even know what to tell you when you complain that the dishes do not match the description on the menu.
