Great location 10/10 service
Breakfast is lovely, eggs etc all cooked fresh, lots of fresh fruit and delicious pastries and muffins, excellent service by Dana.
Drinks made by Fausto daily were really nice, I would recommend the frozen daiquiris. He also makes a likely iced vanilla latte.
The best thing about this hotel is the 10/10 service from Alex on front desk, he made us feel so welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Also photography skills on point.

Location of this hotel is great however our room is what let this hotel down. The rooms are very dull, awful lighting and balcony view of the side of a building on ground floor. I would advise paying for pool view. As it feels so dark and dingey in the room.
The rooms were kept clean throughout our stay, but there is minimal space to put your things, so we just sort lived out of an open suitcase.
May 2026, beautiful weather 10-6 but chilly in the evenings / early morning.

Disappointing and too expensive for the quality of the room.
From day one, a strong smell of sewage persisted in the toilet. We were told that it came from rough seas, but this smell was not present anywhere else in the area (the toilets in the lobby and pool for example did not have any smell). In addition, the blankets were stained and the bathroom sink clogged. Despite our daily complaints, no follow-up was done. We were advised to write an email because the manager was never present, which we did on the email reception@amaibiza.com. At the moment, so two weeks later, we have still not received any response.
At the end of the stay, no commercial gestures or even excuses were offered. That’s a shame. The photos on the website are also misleading and do not reflect the quality of the hotel. The entrance and the exterior still have a charm (despite the bottom of my pool was dirty). The hotel has potential, but cleanliness, room maintenance and after-sales Service are really not acceptable for a 4-star hotel.

Beachfront hotel
Swimming pool with sea view.
Very friendly and friendly staff.
Close to Ushuaïa Ibiza and HÏ Ibiza.
At the entrance of the hotel is the Hippy Market of Playa D'en Bossa.
Decoration of the hotel very nice.
Definitely a place to come back.
