Thanks for everything
The truth that very well taken care of at all times, in my case we had a problem and they put everything they could to help us. I want to thank especially Gonzalo coffee shop that served us wonderfully and a very nice boy.

trip to the snow with family and friends
Everything great, it's the second year in a row that we've come and the truth is that everything is perfect, the only thing I would recommend to the hotel is to open the restaurant for breakfast at 7am instead of 8am.
Everything else a 10!! we will come back of course.

Bad experience.
The hotel has spectacular views and quite good facilities, but the theme of the cafeteria and buffet restaurant is a real disaster, to the point of having left us two days without eating. the day we arrived, directly at 4 in the afternoon, a cafeteria that will open until 10.30 in the evening, already put a sign closed. The hotel is so far from the village, that seeing the cafeteria theme, we changed to half board, but by dinner time, by 9,30 the iron had already run out of meat. the self-confessed cook who had run out of beef and that the pig was not serving it because it was bad... Very little variety, four days in a row the same 2 dessert cakes. the metre totally rude, has you waiting at the door, having empty tables.
Two days later, for lunch, we ordered at 2.30 in the cafeteria and they answered that the wait was 2 hours. We decided to take the walk to the village...
The pool and hot tub have cold water and are full of screaming and running children everywhere. But that's not the fault of the staff, but of the parents.
The catering, in my opinion, totally the responsibility of the hotel, lack of staff, and the metre please change it to an educated one.
Two days later, for lunch, we ordered at 2.30 in the cafeteria and they answered that the wait was 2 hours. We decided to take the walk to the village...
The pool and hot tub have cold water and are full of screaming and running children everywhere. But that's not the fault of the staff, but of the parents.

Lack of empathy and professionalism
Our experience with this hotel has been frankly disappointing, not because of the facilities (which we won’t even be able to reach eventually), but because of the total lack of empathy and professionalism of the management.
We have three rooms booked from tomorrow to Sunday, made through Booking, with free cancellation until January 24. Booking clearly indicated that the final decision was exclusively up to the hotel.
Due to the snowfall in Madrid, the alertness of the roads, the weather forecast in Formigal and the current problems on the trains after the accident a few days ago, we have decided not to travel for safety reasons, something that we consider to be pure common sense.
When calling the hotel, the person who attended us was very unpleasant and unprofessional. We were subsequently told that the director would contact us, which never happened. When he called back, the director refused to even get on the phone, which speaks volumes of his way of managing the problems.
We have proposed a reasonable solution: charge only one night per room, taking into account the exceptional situation and alerts existing throughout the country. The answer has been an absolute negative, without listening to or evaluating any alternative. Finally we are charged for the three nights of the three rooms.
It is incredible that a hotel does not take into account the real risk to the safety of its customers and even more disappointing the attitude of the director, which demonstrates a total lack of professionalism and customer service. Of course, we will not return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ugly experience
we made a reservation at this hotel for 3 families and a child, reservation for 31.12.2025 with a festive dinner on New Year's Eve. although we communicated with the hotel employees and they confirmed the dinner for 31.12.2025, upon arriving on 31.12.2025 for accommodation, the employees told us that they would not provide us with dinner without notifying us in advance
