Room was really good, but the absence of staff take away a star. Had to wait 15 min while arriving and when leaving no one was near the counter so we just left

Good for once, next time back Ibis...

Not worth four stars, decrepit interior, cigarette smell in the room, dirty carpets in the hallways full of stains and unpleasant smell, only bright spot is the breakfast, which was ok but moderate choice

Precarious and Dirty Hotel.

A hotel far from being 4 stars, precarious in all its areas, dirty, small and bright rooms, light leaks in from everywhere, A/C dirty and cools very little. I do not recommend it at all.. It needs an URGENT renovation. Its staff does not care about anything.

Hotel with no services of any kind. No coffee during. Everything abandoned.

Classic 4 stars hotel in good location

Stayed 1 night in the hotel for a visit to the Dali Theater Museum. Good location, 1 km from the trainstation for regional trains to Portbou and France, and in the other direction to Barcelona. It is about half a kilometer to the Dali Theater Museum and the city center with restaurants and shops. The hotel is a classic 4 stars hotel. Quiet and clean room with all the amenities of a 4 star hotel. Just no coffee or tea. Friendly reception with luggage storage. Beautiful lobby. Good breakfastbuffet in a cosy place. The hotel has no terrace, so there is no possibility to sit outside. It is a good place for a short visit to Figueres.

Room was dark and in need of a refurbish. Shower over bath but water not easy to control temperature.
Overall hotel looks a bit dated.
