Very special hallowen weekend. All prepared for the little ones and not so little ones to enjoy. Welcome gift, costume contests, house of terror , trick or treating, a wonder we all enjoy. Few campsites include sheets and towels and it is to be appreciated. All clean, very polite people facilities for children and dogs also enjoyed nature.. in short a campsite with much to explore and to which we will return safely.

¡Qué bonito leer tu reseña! Nos alegra muchísimo saber que tu fin de semana de Halloween fue tan especial. Es genial que tanto los peques como los mayores pudieran disfrutar de todas las actividades, desde los concursos hasta la casa del terror. ¡Lo pasamos genial organizándolo!

I give it one star only for the pool. The rest of the facilities were very neglected and old. I had booked a bungalow for San Fermín. When I arrived, it was at an inhumane temperature, hotter inside than outside, around 40 degrees. It smelled unbearably like sewage, and the beds and spaces were like for tiny people. I requested another option with air conditioning, and they told me they were occupied. They offered me the option of an apartment (that’s what they called it). It was an old house that didn’t even close the front door. The bunk beds looked like they were going to break at any moment. The double bed was wedged in such a way that the headboard was against one wall and the feet against the other. It was separated from another apartment by a metal door, and you could hear everything. To watch TV, you had to plug it in the bathroom, blocking the entrance, the bathroom was dirty with grime buildup on the shower screen and tiles... surreal. That was cooler, although it didn’t have air conditioning. I requested a refund even if it meant paying the booking fee. After speaking with management, they told me it was not possible to send an email. Since it was a complicated time and I was exhausted from the trip, I decided to stay and spend the least amount of time possible there. I only went to the pool, which was indeed wonderful. I do not recommend it even to my worst enemy..

Alberto, en temporada alta, los campings están completos, por lo que lo normal es que haya bastante gente, el camping se encuentra con mucha vida y movimiento. Si quieres encontrar más silencio y quietud, te invito a que vengas en septiembre, la gente comienza a recogerse, y cambia por completo el ambiente.
En cuanto a lo que comentas sobre "menas"... tenemos un albergue en el que acogemos distintos tipos de grupos que vienen a pasar unos días, sentimos que te diera sensación de descontrol, realmente no ocurrió nada destacable.

My experience in plot with tent, 4 nights:
We traveled my partner, me and our dog of 30kg, we chose this campsite because it gave them petfriendly, we are still looking for where they are friendly with animals since you can only be with your pet in your plot... I have been in campsites "not so petfriendly" that gave you more option to remain family, not in the pool, but close, in all the lawn that is all over the enclosure, for example...
DON'T LIE!
POSITIVE:
- In a beautiful natural environment, with plenty of natural parks, routes, towns and cities to know less than 1 hour.
- They can be made bbq, even in high fire risk season... (if we consider this is positive in terms of leisure)
TO IMPROVE:
- Inform customers before they book the norm of wearing a hat in the pool (they sell it there for the modest price of €2, antimosquitoes and cold water large bottle, there are no, but hats yes) that is not air conditioned or closed, as it is not exclusive to the campsite, public with admission fee (for me it would have been reason not to book in this campsite, I prefer not to have a pool than this petada of children even playing football inside)
- Inform customers that there are plots that have the light socket more than 20m and to plug into them it is necessary to EXTEND 25M and THREE PHASE, if you are not equipped you risk that even having paid to have light you can not have it since the only solution they give you is to change plots (if you have already set up the chiringo with tent, a joke) if they do not have flattering or three phases available for those who charge a good bond.
- Fix the broken tiles in the center and bottom of that hygienically maintained public pool (a real danger in my opinion).
- Clean, fix and maintain the toilets and wash piles dishes, I have not seen them in worse condition in any campsite I have been (they have not known Karcher and rag, almost not either, broken mirrors, doors and broken latches...)
- Sell plots that are really plots, with step from road, TO THE CONTIGUOUS PLOTS ARE ACCESSED THROUGH OURS, housed us in less than 20m2 with triangular shape.
- Sell ICE on the campsite, or inform of the impossibility of selling it on the campsite before hiring, you must go to the town for the (25min walk, you must move the car if you do not want to return with water in a bag...), is a basic! neither in the ministore they have, nor in the restaurant offer, also the first time it happens to me without warning (if I had known it would not have revised since I had no intention of moving the car just).
- Adjust or take more into account the restaurant hours, as soon as I arrived I was informed that for 2 days they did not give lunch or dinner... and I, without light to cook and having paid for it... Also a basic in a campsite, how can you be without Service 2 days in high season at 100 occupancy?! I understand the breaks, which in my neighborhood have been a lifetime 1 day (in hospitality) or a day and a half if you get generous (it is better that I am ill used to being exploited...)
And I don’t remember any more, so doing compilation, so as I was told verbatim by an employee (I don’t know what rank) of the reception that “handwritten claim sheets are useless AND THAT THEY GO TO TRASH” I already take care not to return, to spread it verbally and to plant it in google, which maybe so by the “regular” and publicly, if it serves them the opinion of the customers, hopefully...

Gracias por compartir tan detalladamente tu experiencia con nosotros. Sentimos sinceramente tu desagradable experiencia con nosotros. Valoramos cada una de las observaciones que has hecho, ya que nos ayudan a detectar áreas que necesitan mejora y reflexión por nuestra parte.
Sobre los puntos que mencionas:
Pet-friendly: Entendemos tu frustración. Tratamos de conciliar la comodidad de todos nuestros huéspedes, tanto de los que viajáis con mascota como los que no lo hacen, y por ello limitamos ciertas zonas de uso común por seguridad e higiene, como es el recinto de la piscina, donde hay muchos niños. Realmente nos gustaría poder ofrecer una mejor experiencia en este sentido, ya que los perros son uno más en la familia, y queremos que estén con nosotros, sin embargo, no sabemos como hacerlo para que todos estéis conforme, aunque seguiremos trabajando en ello para encontrar un mejor equilibrio.
Piscina: Tanto el camping como la piscina son municipales, y la piscina en concreto de gestión municipal y, efectivamente, está abierta también al público externo. Lamentamos que no te sintieras cómoda con este formato, y revisaremos cómo informamos de esto en nuestros canales de reserva para evitar malentendidos futuros.
Conexión eléctrica: Estamos revisando cómo mejorar los puntos de luz y mientras tanto, la comunicación en nuestras confirmaciones de reserva. Mientras tanto, tratamos de tener adaptadores y alargaderas suficientes para poder prestaros, no os cobramos nada, solamente es una fianza para asegurarnos de que nos lo devolváis y otros clientes puedan hacer uso cuando sea necesario, algo razonable.
Estado de las instalaciones: Lamentamos mucho que encontraras desperfectos en baños y zonas comunes. Este año tenemos previstas ciertas renovaciones.
Parcela: únicamente tenemos esa parcela que esta en el modo en el que dices, el resto tienen su propia entrada...
Hielo y productos básicos: Agradecemos tu sugerencia. Actualmente dependemos de proveedores externos y del espacio limitado de la tienda, pero consideraremos opciones para mejorar este servicio básico.
Restaurante: sentimos también la falta de servicio esos dias... esperamos poder mejorarlo en el futuro...
Sentimos que tu experiencia no haya sido positiva y tomamos nota de cada punto. Sobre todo, sentimos que no hayas podido relajarte en unos días tan importantes que son las vacaciones. Hacerte saber que desde recepción hacemos lo que esta en nuestras manos.

Nice place
It is a campsite that is very well, the place and environment is very nice. Our bungalow had everything you need to spend a few days. It was very small but it's logical in a campsite.
What I didn't like at all was that the bungalow was full of moisture, the walls inside were wet and the Nordic in the bed was wet because of that humidity.
