Excellent weekend.
Nice hotel, modern, quiet and above all very central

We have ended up filing a complaint with Omic and the Generalitat. We have lost time, money, and health
We have ended up filing a complaint with Omic and the Generalitat.
We stayed at the Es Blau Hotel Boutique establishment in Cadaqués. Upon arriving at check-in time (4:00 PM), the room was not clean and we had to wait. Something had happened with a seagull, and it had also happened two days ago, according to what we were told.
At 7:00 PM, maintenance service arrived because the water on the terrace was dirty and smelled bad. They purified the water, and we were not able to swim until late in the evening.
The next day, we woke up with seagulls in the water. We notified them and left so they could take her out. She was a baby and couldn't get out.
At 7:00 PM we returned and the water was dirty again. The hotel staff proceeded to empty it with buckets, crossing through our room for more than an hour and a half, violating our privacy. The workers were pleasant and understanding (credit where credit is due).
When requesting the official complaint form via WhatsApp, the hotel provided us with an unofficial internal document, a photocopy.
After insisting that we wanted the official form, the establishment responded dismissively and proceeded to block our phone number, leaving us completely incommunicado in a digital hotel without a physical reception and breaking their written promise to refund us
the money.
Also, in the morning at check-out, there was no one there to even stamp the photocopies.
The owners blocked our phone and the other hotel phone didn't answer any more of our messages.
The worst treatment received and a waste of time and money this trip!!

Disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience.
We have paid for the most expensive suite in the hotel, and honestly, the value for money is very poor.
The hotel is completely online: there is no reception or on-site staff to address any issues. Everything operates through digital keys on the mobile phone, which can be very impractical if you have any problems with the battery or the application.
The suite was clean, but it is much smaller than expected for the category and price. The main reason we booked it was the terrace with a hot tub, as it was advertised on the website as available from May to September. However, upon arrival, we were informed via WhatsApp that it would not be operational until June 23rd. This information was not clearly specified at the time of booking.
As if that weren't enough, at night we discovered that the television was not working, and even the remote control had no batteries. It is surprising that in an accommodation that claims to be fully digital, such basic aspects are not checked.
Moreover, for the price paid, breakfast service is not offered, which is difficult to understand considering the room rate.
The only truly positive aspect is the location. But with the hot tub out of service, the unusable television, the complete lack of in-person attention, the absence of breakfast, and the high price, the experience is far from what is expected.
The most disappointing part is that after reporting (via WhatsApp) the issue with the pool on the terrace, which we found dirty and empty, no solution was offered to us. Additionally, since we raised our complaints, they have stopped responding to WhatsApp messages. A very unprofessional attitude and customer service that clearly needs improvement.
I would not recommend this accommodation due to the price they charge and the experience we received.

Disappointment.
Very disappointing experience. We booked this room mainly for the terrace with a jacuzzi, as it was advertised as available on the website for these dates. However, upon arrival, we were informed that it was not operational. When we communicated that the information on the website indicated otherwise, they stopped responding to our WhatsApp messages, and we received no further solution or explanation.
It's a shame because the location is good, but the management of the incident and customer service left much to be desired.
