A good property in a convenient area of Bilbao
We often stay at NH Collection mainly for the quality of the bed, pillows, and for the excellent breakfasts. Here too we can confirm the expectations. The bathroom is also comfortable but I agree with what other users wrote, if you decide to separate the toilet and bidet in another room then you must provide dedicated hand towels and cleansers. Soundproofing also not top-notch. I recommend the property anyway. Central location and very convenient garage.

Going through the motions, lack of care, lazy maintenance. Lobby not welcoming.
Good room spacious clean good bed but tv doesn’t work, only 2 coffee capsules.
Sadly no vibe at all in the lobby, dried out pintxos, dirty toilets, no welcome offerings. NH is normally great (eg NH San Sebastián). NHBilbao Ville again? NEVER.

Seen better days
PROS.
*Excellent location for shopping and sightseeing.
* Modern reception area with free water and sweets.
* Very comfortable bed.
CONS.
* Room 216 (ours), which was meant to be 'Superior' had very obvious signs of water damage. Floor was stained and warped. Veneer around the fridge peeling off. Ceiling also not painted to a high standard.
* Bath had a black stain and various marks around it.
* Shower water pressure was very low.
* There were no blinds or net curtains, just the blackout curtains if you wanted privacy, which meant no natural light. You are overlooked by a lot of windows from the building next door.
*Furniture (tables) were scratched and chipped.
* Zero sound proofing of rooms, which meant you heard the other guests.
*Excellent location for shopping and sightseeing.

Very comfortable
Very large, clean, and quiet room. Very comfortable. The location is very good. I don't rate it as excellent because the night was a bit expensive.
