La Oca 92 - there are other apartments in the block

La Oca 92 - there are other apartments in the block. So I am only commenting on this apartment. The apartment is well decorated and modern looking. There is free wi-fi and a small TV, with radio and TV channels.
Two good size bedrooms, with one double and the other two singles. Bathroom has a shower and no bath, but that suited us. There is a very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge.
Lounge has air-conditioning but not the bedrooms. Wonderful view to the beach and Benidorm Rock.
Location - if you want to be in the middle of the night life, this is it. Directly outside the apartment block are two bars, both really friendly. Shamrock bar does good food too, with live music every night.
Just a walk away from nightclubs, bars, where you can see tribute performers and get a range of food venues. Short walk to the beach, and banks etc not too far away either.
If you want a quiet place then this is probably not it. There is no pool, you can use the one opposite but this cost 15 euros each. We didn't use as it was packed and we preferred to go to the beach.
There is parking underneath the apartments but places are limited so cannot be guaranteed or booked.
I would certainly use again.

Bonjour c'est pour une réservation d'un appartement fin octobre

Toutes les commodités sont réunies.Dans la mesure où nous ne sommes pas exigeants , cet appartement répond bien à nos vœux. C'est un juste milieu. Ce qui est très important pour nous c'est la propreté des lieux et du site. MERCI et j'espère trouver une réservation pour mon prochain séjour à BENIDORM.
