Poor value for money

Let’s start with the positive: the outdoor pool and its pretty lawns. On the other hand, the apartment is very old and equipped to a minimum. We were also unfortunate to have the apartment next door that served day and night as a dining and evening place for about thirty people. There are no staff or services on hand to help support our requests to return to peace.
The contact person makes no effort to respond before, during or after the stay. I cannot say whether it is incompetence or an absence of interest in his profession. For the record, our youngest daughter having forgotten her smartphone, we wanted to pay the shipping costs. After many reminders, we understood that she did not want to return the phone. Here you are warned of the Value for Money Award of the accommodation and the honesty of the person who manages the “welcome” of good tourists ...

Pretty good apartment since it is in a quiet area.
The staff in charge of reservations is very bad and rude.
Since we arrived at 12 noon on the day and they made us wait until 5 in the afternoon to give us the keys with the problem that forced us to eat in Benasque on the last day they made us leave the apartment at 11 in the morning and when we went to look for our car, the cards were already unitized, we had to assume that there would be another family since we rang the bell at the parking lot and no one would have us

Atención pésima

Hemos pasado 5 días en familia en los apartamentos Linsoles en Benasque. El entorno precioso y la urbanización inmejorable. Pero nos ha dejado muy mal sabor de boca la atención al cliente que ha sido pésima. Nos dijeron al último momento que el check era a partir de las 17. Nos faltaban toallas y no habían hecho la cama para las niñas. Por cierto un sofa cama viejo y medio roto. El wifi no funciona. Nos dijeron que estaban solucionando la avería y hasta hoy. Llamas a Maria la responsable y la mayoría de las veces ni coge el teléfono y no soluciona nada. El día de salida sin avisar vinieron a las 1030 para echarnos de la habitación cuando en ningún momento nos habían informado de la hora del check out. Conseguimos que nos dejaran más tiempo pero de repente nos anularon las llaves de entrada y no podiamos ni siquiera entrar en el apartamento para sacar las maletas. Nos echaron literalmente. No hemos visto cosa igual ni en el peor Airbnb. Hoy en día que el trabajo es precarios y una buena atención al cliente hace la diferencia esta gente debería dejar trabajar a los que si tienen ganas.
