Please note that if loud music is played or a party is held and the neighbours complain, this may result in immediate eviction from the apartment without refund. We would like to inform you that this apartment works with a system that opens the door via a mobile app. You do not need keys to enter the apartment on the day of check-in. To check in to your apartment, one or two days before your arrival date, we will send you a link to access the apartment. We would also require copies of ID cards or passports for all guests before providing them with a link to access the apartment. We are not responsible for any noise outside the apartment. We are not responsible for any guests' belongings in the apartments. We would like to inform you that once your reservation is made, you will need to pay the Tourist Tax, which is an additional cost. From December 2024, the balcony facing Bailén street will not be able to be used due to restoration work on the façade. For security reasons, the balcony door and shutter must not be opened until the completion of the works.
