Great stay

Great stay. Spacious room with good views.Cleanliness, tranquility and great treatment by the owners Carmen and Paco.
We were great. We loved it.
And he dines phenomenally with Paco's kitchen.

Trip to Matarraña, necessary rest in a rural hotel 1010

A friend and I stayed for only one night but we were eager to return. A spectacular place, relaxing environment, total disconnection. The owners had excellent service and even though we forgot to book dinner, they gave us a very good dinner. I will return with family. Thank you very much for the stay

Rural bliss

It was a bit of a drive to get to La Contrada but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The beds are comfortable (memory foam mattress). The owners are great. Definitely ask for them to service dinner (cena). At 15€ it’s way under priced. The husband is a fantastic gourmet cook. He was creative in preparing a vegetarian meal for me. The food is locally produced.

Quiet Oasis

Our hosts are delightful & welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Secure parking. Bedrooms are comfortable and very clean, even better than pictures. Continental breakfast good. Evening meal was excellent, fresh produce & beautifully presented. Everything is so relaxing. distance to Motorland Aragon but good scenic bike ride & worth it.

A wonderful rural retreat

We have just returned from a short tour of the Terra Alta region and stayed for one night at La Contrada.
Carmen and Paco were great hosts and gave us a tour of the property and grounds as soon as we arrived. The location is really quiet and has great views across the hills towards Horta de Sant Joan. It is an excellent base for exploring the Terra Alta if you want to relax at the end of the day.
The room was very nice, with a great view and the evening meal was excellent.
