Relaxing and beautiful family stay!
We stayed at INNSiDE by Meliá Alcudia in May with our 6-month-old baby and it completely exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hotel had such a peaceful, beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. The décor and overall vibe felt calm and relaxing, exactly what you want for a family holiday.
Our room was extremely spacious, which made such a difference when travelling with a baby and all the extra things that come with them! The kitchenette was incredibly useful too, especially having a sink and microwave for sterilising bottles. The hotel also provided a crib, and our daughter slept amazingly in it, honestly better than she does at home! We also loved having the large double balcony. Everything was spotless, especially the bathroom, and housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay. I asked for an iron one evening and within minutes they had sent up a steamer, such quick and helpful service.
We stayed half board and the food was genuinely amazing. Breakfast had all the usual options but also a fantastic spread of fresh fruit, pastries, bakery items and meats. We especially loved the churros with chocolate sauce and the pastries every morning. Dinner was equally impressive with lots of variety every night, different meats, vegetables, salads, cheeses, breads and cold meats, alongside family favourites like pizza, chips and burgers. The desserts were incredible too! My husband especially loved the carrot cake and even ate four slices one night!
The pool area was immaculate. The lifeguards were constantly tidying, cleaning and resetting the sunbeds which made the whole area feel really well looked after. The pool itself was a lovely size and although the water was a little chilly, our baby absolutely loved splashing around in it.
Evening entertainment was usually a singer or DJ, which created a lovely relaxed atmosphere to sit and enjoy a drink while chatting in the evenings.
The location was also perfect. There are several supermarkets very close by, including one directly underneath the hotel, and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away.
Overall, we had the most amazing holiday and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff were all incredible, so friendly, welcoming and patient, even when we had a screaming baby! Between the cleanliness, food, facilities and service, this hotel truly stood out for us. We are already looking at coming back again next year.

Paid extra for a Seaview well that is laughable. Have a look at the pictures attached this is the review. Only arrived Will finish review when I leave.
Let me also add the managers attitude was awful, other reception staff were as helpful as they could be.

If having a clean hotel is very important to you, it’s probably best to skip this one.
Avoid this hotel at all costs.
The photos make the hotel look beautiful and give the impression that you won't be missing anything, but once you take a good look around, you quickly notice plenty of defects and signs of poor maintenance.
The rooms were absolutely filthy and clearly had not been cleaned properly. We checked several other rooms with the receptionist, hoping it was just our room, but every single one was in a disgusting condition. Even the staff member who accompanied us agreed that it was not acceptable.
They offered to clean our room again, but after the second cleaning there were still black hairs stuck all over the floor. That says everything about the hotel's cleaning standards.
To make matters even worse, the elevator broke down while we were inside it. When we reported it to the staff, their response was simply, "Oh, this is not the first time." That was shocking to hear.
At that point, we had completely lost confidence in the hotel. We requested a refund and immediately moved to another hotel.
Without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had.

Great hotel, would recommend
Great hotel would recommend. Beautiful soundings, great size bedrooms, very clean and modern. Buffet restaurant was nice, pool area was great no issues getting sunbeds even at 10am. Hotel was so clean, it was constantly being cleaned and kept to a high standard. Great location, shops and restaurants right outside and a few minutes walk to the beach. The evening entertainment wasn’t much, they had a DJ on 7.30-10.30pm every other night and then live music 9-10.30pm the other nights, there was no actual entertainment other than that. Overall, great hotel with lovely small touches that made it feel luxury.

Style over Substance
I chose this hotel based on the reviews so I'm wondering if I'm just picky but I can only speak as I find.
The loft rooms or suites are perfect for families and a very well thought layout with plenty of storage. The adult beds/matresses are wonderful with high cotton count, comfy pillows etc. We however discovered our teenagers mattress was like a rock so battled with reception however eventually got this changed to the equivalent of an adults.
The pool area is pristine and the food kiosk is pretty good but there's not really a proper bar or a good atmosphere its all pretty flat. There are some nice activities for the children every day but our teen is a little too much in teen mode unfortunately.
The gym is totally fit for purpose and pretty new equipment so all good on this front.
Friendliness of staff differs massively; some very friendly others almost arrogant particularly in the food kiosk around the pool. In one instance our food took over 30 minutes to arrive but no apology.
My main discontent is the half board package. The kitchen as it is called is hot, over crowded and the meat quality of an evening is literally inedible. Meanwhile there is is a fancy offering downstairs for paying customers. It makes me really frustrated as there's no way that this quality of meat would be served to the paying customers....and I'm definitely not paying again to discover the same.
Fancy reception, DJ's etc but let's get the basics right. Too much concentration on the off the street paying customer rather than its in house paying guests in my opinion.
